I'm skipping biking for horizontal cardio tonight :hump:

thanks brah, appreciate that. my workouts have been fueled by rage...I've cried thinking of what has transpired over the last couple of weeks but its made my workouts that much better since I do it sometimes WHILE lifting. got a bunch of LG goodies I'll be opening up in a couple of months.

today was chest day...typical beastness except on flat bench. I've stalled at 245...which sucks seeing as before my injury I was pressing 335. slow and steady...I'll take it one step at a time. incline and decline beastin at 275 and 305 respectively:D

I had those taco bell cantina tacos today with the milf doesn't look anything like on tv. I'd rather make my own.

pressing for cals today...been busy. f*ck I'm hungry :eat:

You know no one makes carnitas like the raza does...;) Taco Bell? White owned.. Americanized Carnitas = sad shame, but an improvement to their menu lol

(theyre not too bad but at a real taco stand you can get like 4 for 5 bucks lol)

nice lifts Big, your right theres something cathartic about lifting maybe because its something that you are completely in control of, maybe because its borderline destructive, idk dont want to get to deep

Weighted Dips to failure: 45lb*22, 70*17, 90*13. got that extra rep :D

Barbell curl:95*12, 105*10, 80*20. my forearms STILL freaking hurt!!!

Skullcrushers: 80*12, 95*10+10.

Alternate DB curls: 6 sets total, first 2 are warmups then 4th is a drop set of 8,8,8. 35lb, 40 lb, 55lb. same as last week.

Tricep pushdown (cable)-85*15,75*14+65*20.

Standing Cable Curls: 65*12, 70*8, 75*6, 42.5*100.

CG BB bench: 205*12+10+10+6

Killer numbers as always! You still got that much weight up on CG bench after all that tricep work?? Beastly man, i struggle in the 150-155lb range to get all my sets done lol.

Damn, I've never had venison and I just saw it used as a secret ingredient on Iron Chef. Sounds bomb. Once i start cutting again I might get back into my lean chili meals.

tell me about it, I got 15 packs of the myoplex carb control rtd's for 1.63 a piece. awesome!!

BACK DAY :D

Deadlifts: 225*15 (warmup), 365*10, 405*8, 425*6, 445*4, 465*1!!!! <----PR right there!!

pullups to failure (BW): 34,23,14

Front pulldowns:190*10, 235*8, 170*10...dropped for last set because I was getting sloppy

Mid row: 170*10, 185*10, 205*10

Pushbacks: 105*10, 115*10+10

get it got it GOOD. 4 mile run in 34 min, then 13 mile bike ride home.

just downed my post workout meal, hungry still. dinner here in an hour or so.

I stopped reading in spite when I read 34 pull ups.

Nice workout man and good stuff with the deads. If you're lucky, you'll have back DOMS tomorrow like someone kicked your lats with steel toe boots.

Edit: Went over the DL numbers again, and holy shyte. What a nasty progression on the deads. I didn't notice the rep range you were taking those numbers on, prior to your single. Yeesh!!!

I didn't intend on 1 RM max today, but I felt damn good! I'll have doms for sure tomorrow and I have legs...:scared:.

I'll do more pullups before bed, just got my straps so I can kill abs on my bar :D

with proper nutrition and training I believe I may be able to attain a 500lb max within the next 6 months.

Awesome numbers man! Thats a sh*T ton of pullups no matter what type, were those wide grips, palms in or out? What are pushbacks?

mostly close grip. easiest for me and I can work my back more if I take a slower descent and explode up. no fishbob, straight strength.

pushbacks are the machine you push the weight back with...dunno the proper name. it's the one you face the bench and push the bars backwards.

Now i feel like if i was pound for pound like big I'd have a dl of 650 (maybe possible one day) 50 pullups (highly unlikely) and a pwo of sex and atleast a handy (im gunning for this one but more likely sex with a chick 2x as fat for half as long)

$1.50 for chicken breast is a good deal. i get split breast with bone and skin on sometimes for .99 cents, but if you got boneless/skinless for that price you got a deal.

i recommend you take up hunting-nothing compares to fresh meat you have killed yourself-big time alpha male going on right there.:bigok:
