It really doesn't make any difference apart from flavour systems. Pretty much all whey protein comes from a couple of places on the planet that make it. The differences are the ratio of concentrate to isolate and then what flavouring and thickeners people use. I wouldn't get too hung up on things like needing an isolate post workout for faster absorption etc. At the end of the day it's a macro and added calories.

Sort your diet, which I know is hard if you're young. You eat pretty much what your parents make you. But get breakfast lunch and dinner in. Try and workout how much carbs protein and fats you're eating and if you want to bump up the protein add in a shake if you wish between meals. Don't sacrifice any meals for a protein shake because it isn't the better choice and don't start drinking 3 or 4 shakes a day thinking it's some kind of anabolic trigger. You will just burn through money and end up in the toilet.

If you are young then you are still growing until 21 so it's hard to know how much you want to weigh, go by the mirror. You will know if your gaining too much weight.

Been reading allot of stuff about whey that concerns me as far as getting enough protein in my diet. Seems like labeling regs are such that it could be misleading to a growing boy. Don't know if it's allowed on this forum but, what is the best whey powder to buy for bodybuilding?
Whey protein is food, that's all it is. Eating more lean meat and other lean sources of protein are better then a whey shake, but in a situation where you don't have time to sit and eat a meal then a whey shake is a good solution

Pick any reputable brand and there all pretty much the same
This! My go to for years has been PES Select or recently Hosstile ISO H1
