What would I get from a super-fancy TRT clinic (other than Test and HCG)?

I've been on TRT for almost a decade and it's been great. I've been going to a local doc who prescribes me Test C, and orders bloodwork and it's (often) covered by insurance.

But I know that there are super fancy TRT clinics out there that charge huge dollars - I have heard a rumor that Cenegencs in San Francisco charges $7000 a month - and I am curious what they offer, and whether I can stitch together something similar myself.

Obviously people get Test, maybe AI and HCG and perhaps HGH, but what else are they getting? (Leaving aside the nutritional and exercise counseling that goes on with these places).

I have heard of them giving nandrolone for joints, and peptides for GH production. However those were at like run of the mill $300 a month places. You could reach out to Derrick the guy who runs More Plates More Dates on youtube and see what he offers at his clinic. I imagine he gets a little creative with his TRT. As for $7000 a month I would assume ripped off is what you are getting from them.

One could get all kinds of extras. Outright gear if you'd so be inclined (Anavar or Oxandrolone , Winny or Stanozolol, etc.). As Kleen said, various peptides. However, my clinic isn't "fancy" it's actually rather moderately priced and it offers all of the above...

For that price I have to assume pharma GH was involved otherwise people are fools to pay that.

I pay about 80 for 10ml TC and other than the shipping of 24.00(regardless of order size and they send 20ml at a time so not the end of the world.)

They did try to set me up initially with Tesa/Ipam for about a grand a month I politely declined.

MT2 was like 150.00 for a 10mg vial so I passed on that as well

Deca was 180.00 per 10ml vial, pass.

Var is 9.00/tab/50mg so pass again.

For some the price of legality is worth it and everyone's mileage will vary. I know for my basics the price is worth every penny and it only gets pricey if you want exotics.

I forgot 40mg Cialis touches were, well here is the invoice:

Anazao - Testosterone Cypionate (GSO) 200mg/ml x 10ml Vial2 x $81.00-$162.00
Anazao - Tadalafil 40mg Troche30 x $9.75-$292.50
Anazao - Shipping Fed Ex 2 Day1 x $26.00-$26.00
Subtotal$480.50
Total Amount$480.50

So about $25.00 a week for legit legal HRT and fantastic cialis is worth every penny for me. So many places in business these days do NOT overpay for the basics.

Found this, I guess it is more like 20k per year. They claim to have 40k clientele and sell it as an anti aging program. I guess it's like watches. Plenty of people spend big bucks on a rolex but others of us spend very little.

Yikes! I will stick to my PCP run TRT, and quality research chems as needed. I get 15ml of 200mg/ml Test E for $30 every quarter. That is hard to beat.

Agreed, that's like stuff for the crazy-rich. Folks who spend that type of money are probably the same people who will pay a cryonics company to freeze their heads; okay, their whole body, because it's more expensive, and again they're probably very wealthy.

A few caveats, I do get my biomarkers tested, twice a year, every 6 months, and it costs $229 at Walk-In-Lab via LabCorp. See here. On occasion, I'll also do an "Extensive Blood & Urine Panel," which runs at $800 + dollars. See here.

In short, I can monitor myself, and my health, scientifically for under $1,400 out of pocket per year, which isn't bad.

I've had good luck in the past finding programs I like online, printing it out, and asking my PCP "Can you do this?" I did that for an executive health program and got all the tests for about $1000 copay.

Anabolics , HGH, IGF

Peptides, I have seen ECA stacks, Research Chems.

Various prescription meds and pharmaceuticals

High end fat burners

I have seen Tren "prescribed" from a clinic LMAO.

Honestly depending on how much you are willing to spend you pretty much can legally get anything you want.

I have clients who are Police, L.E, Attorneys or other occupations who can't risk the black market who utilize these and they pay anywhere from $400+ a month.

Many places have a fee to get in the door.

I used to work with Dr. Thomas O'Connor (metabolic doctor) and I wanna say just to get in the door was initially $1500, then it went to $5,000. That doesn't include office visits or bloodwork either.

So this is what people like Chris Hemsworth are probably doing to get God Like bodies. If I had their money I would spend it too. I can say I would be more adventurous if I had prescriptions and a professional charting all of my health markers monthly. They probably get that new fat burner of the stars I keep seeing talked about which is ridiculously expensive. Would be neat to be able to afford it but not anything I could prioritize without a lottery win or other windfall.

Ozempic? Frequently covered by insurance if you have a sympathetic doctor. I am on it and I pay $20 copay per month, admittedly for a lower dosage than the full fat burning prescription.

Had to look it up that was it. My doc might be sympathetic, not sure my insurance would. LOL My BMI says I am obese though so who knows. For now I will just do it the old school way.
