CURRENT STATS:
Age: 45 years young
Height: 5' 7"
Weight: 171lbs (as of 2/7/17)
Waist: 32" @ naval & 31.5" @ 1" above naval
Chest: 38.5"
Legs: 21.25"
Bicep 14.75"
Caliper Measurements: Chest: 4mm, Thigh: 10mm Stomach: 14mm
BF: Estimated 15-16% by calipers & Navy Calculator
TRAINING:
Training: I work out 5 days a week.
Program: Similar to FST-7. Lots of compound movements, 8-15 reps per set.
Cardio: 4-6 cardio sessions per week usually 20-30 minutes (HIIT and/or LISS)
DIET:
Protein Sources: Eggs, Chicken, Fish, Whey, Casein & occasionally Beef
Carb Sources: Oats, Flax, Bran, and occasionally Sweet Potatoes
Fat Sources: Eggs, Peanut Butter, Olive Oil, & Fish Oils
Macros: Usually shoot for 200-250g Protein, 50-100g Carbs & remainder in Fat
Meal Frequency: 5 Meals per day
TDEE: Roughly 2300-2400
Will be running at a 250-500 deficit and will adjust accordingly
2 MOST RECENT RECOMP CYCLES
Last summer i ran an Iron Legion xi-kt & BLR Fomeron Recomp cycle for 6-8 weeks. Ate at maintenance
ended up the same weight, but lost a 1/2" off my waist.
8 Weeks ago I started a Trest / EpiAndro Recomp cycle. Been eating at maintenance. And Im sitting
2lbs heavier then when i started, and I have gotten way more vascular, my arms are getting shredded and
I've lost even more off my waist.
I am now bridging into this 11 OxoDerm 4 week cycle and I really glad that this bottle came when it did
because Im just wrapping up this Dermatrest / EpiAndro cycle and will continue another 4 weeks with
PN Transdermal 11 OXO & PN Transdermal Andro 300. Though I am only logging the 11 Oxoderm.
I will specifically be looking to see how the 11 OxoDerm effects my losses and I will be able to tell how
I react to it, because i already know how I respond to EpiAndro/Stano.
