speaking of food...

I'm running a lil experiment this morning.

Usually I get right up, take my stims(and right now PA) and after letting em kick, hit the cardio.

Today I waited a bit too see if the hunger kicked by itself... so far, nothing...

Just took my doses now, we will see what happens.

I knew this had to be a definite effect of the PA.... No way I should have the appetite I do with my accompanying supp regimen.

not going to give away too much...but i figure it's ok to say that all of the logs i have checked have reported increased appetite.

Doesn't surprise me. Pretty impressive how much it does this though...

Took my dose as planned earlier and it kicked in, feeling stimmed, then WHAM! I was hungrier then hell.

Edit.. the stimmed feeling never goes away either, still in full effect minus the appetite suppression.


Also... was mine and my wife's anniversary today... thank goodness libido is up. Not just the dreams workin overtime.

LoL, thanks man.

Got my doughy arse into the gym this morning for fasted cardio.

I was feeling great, hardly winded despite a running heart rate of 160-175 depending on the climbing or cooling period.

Also a weird thing, after getting off the eliptical to do my final cool down on the treadmill I felt a lil euphoric and like I was floating above the ground.

I don't even feel like this normally on the stims combo when i usually take it. Nor do i get really light headed from cardio or anything since i walk and jog all day for my job*.... def feel like this is from the PA either directly or from its effects on the stims I'm taking.

So I weighed in on a fasted state...

207.6lbs...

Interesting cause my initial weigh in was taken before starting this or injuring myself and was taken mid day weighing ~205... the next weigh in after sitting about five days taking pain meds and recovering was 210-211, mostly expected water weight and also taken mid day after eating a few meals.

Now I feel as though I'm looking leaner, ever so slightly, yet I'm up a few pounds on empty....

Interdasting.

* (shows how bad my diet was over summer to still add on pounds despite my activity level.... I just really love $6 hand made pizza a shop nearby makes with fresh and real ingredients when I'm already out and working 12hr ed... I'm on an anti pizza diet now... gotta be all out nothing for me, stuff is like crack, gotta get a daily fix after just one encounter)

K... hitting up chest tonight, just gonna start this week as normally planned just shifted a single day in consideration of my anniversary yesterday.

Wed will not be a break day now. Instead I'll be doing back, thurs shoulders, Fri legs.

Interested in how I feel tonight with a weight session considering the odd feeling from cardio this morning.

I just got finished downing a bunch of chicken breasts. This was an hour or so after my second dosing of OEP and AT2.

Gotta say it's very nice not having to force feed in this situation and still eat my necessary protein intake using whole foods instead of restoring to shakes.

Gonna wait another half hour or so, down some creatine, beta alanine and lclt with some carb free aminos n go kill chest.

Just had a very impressive workout.



A lil blurry, my heart was pumpin n making the camera shaky. Chest, traps, tris and shoulders all pumped, niiiice.

I planned, as previously noted, on bumping up weight in my initial db press tonight... I wound up actually increasing weight, reps or both on every single exercise.

At first it was weird. I was just feeling sluggish. My heart was pumping from the stims, the strength was just there, but I felt like I was just dead in between sets. By the time I got to my last set of the 3rd exercise I was moving right along n catching a great pump.

No insane sweating or anything this time around, kinda surprised honestly with the pick up in strength and intensity that I wasn't sweating more.

Backs tomorrow... still haven't decided if I'm hitting deads or not... I really want to but if I do I'm not going heavy at all, just some stuff to stretch the muscle n get some strength back into there to just move up slowly as its obvious I'm stronger then my muscles/tendons are conditioned for at this point in time.

Lastly a lil vid of my last fly set today I took just to make sure my arms are going out flat enough... I was happy. Forgot to pause for the first 5 reps like I normally do, so I do it mid set n realize why I usually do it the first 5 reps when I first seat my big A shoulder blades on the bench right.

Finally got to see your full log.. nice work man.. I'm still on my first week the product and have yet to feel this hunger... Like I said though, I'm always hungry anyway so I'm not sure if ill feel any change.. strength seemed to maintain if not go up a little.. but ill continue that in my log later.. keep up the good work.. any special meals you enjoy?

Thanks man. Honestly the largest muscle group for me still. My arms are kind of ridiculous with how easy they grow, always have to catch everything else up to them. triceps really took off my last cycle though, usually my biceps are bigger.

How many days are you in now? I honestly noticed the hunger almost immediately. I usually don't get hunger pangs or a growing stomach.... I do right now!

Food? .... guess you missed the post about pizza? LoL. But no pizza right now. My wife cooks really well and its always different, a result of watching the food network all the time, so right now it's basically pulled pork, chicken n dumplings, stuffed burgers with lean beef etc. I'm a carnivore.

Oh... here... a carnitas burritto from chipotle. I only get wheat tortilla, brown rice, black beans, double carnitas, cheese. No filler, just complex carbs and protein(with the exception of the greasy cheese)... I've had that about 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Def one of my favorites any day though.

I used to neglect them, just lean way forward on dips. But this last year i added then in and right now, being as heavy add I am as a result of fat, not muscle, I'm having more trouble with being real strong on dips. I usually could rep out 30-40 dips or strap 90lbs of plates on a chain and hit sets of ten when I was 15-20 lbs lighter and ~10% bf like in my avi.

It's made dips actually necessary just to get that part of my chest and tris hit reasonably now.

Nice.. I'm on my fifth day of the product well in a few hours I take my fifth pill.. I upped my protein intake from food... More red meats and chicken breasts... Your chipotle meal sounds good.. I'm hungry again now..

Same thing I do cuz, kill it.
i really feel it works wonders compared to cardio any other time(cept post workout, but I'm already doneski after most sessions) considering the nighttime fat release.

Especially when combined with supplements like oep and at2... all that alpha, beta, thyroid and stim activation takes that fat and escorts it right out the door.

Plus hitting 2 sessions of intense activity each day increases gh releases, increases insulin sensitivity more times and better utilizes the food i put in instead of storing excess or poopin it out.

Pizza and fries is my weakness.

So I just got back from my back/bi's workout. It was pretty impressive, very strong. BUT I didn't think it was quite time yet to hit deads again after feeling a bit of pressure from bent over rows and lat pulldowns. Last thing I want is a set back. Im fairly certain that next week will be no problem.

With that said here's the numbers that I burned n will be certainly increasing next week.

Back

Db curls (L/R alternating)
Reg 20x20, 30x20
Hammer 40x20, 50x20

Bent over db rows (L/R)
50x10/10, 60x10/10, 70x10/10 jumping at least 10lbs next week.

As for the patented anabolic. As mentioned, hunger is up, libido is being treated well, and I'm most certainly seeing significant increases in strength from just over last week's workouts... this is all still inside of week one!

I can't wait to see how this continues and find out how this stuff actually works... also would love to know how long it can be ran with out sides or diminishing effects.

Lastly....

A side that I've been kinda waiting to mention. I couldn't figure it out if it was something else effecting me or whatever, but really just taken absolutely everything else I'm taking before and even together and never experienced it before.... not even in pct's as torem usually doesn't do it like Clomid can....

That's right, I've been getting severe waves of emotion over coming me from time to time. I don't know what the freak it is. It's almost impossible to overcome. I went and saw here comes the boom with my wife, a friggen comedy, and was fighting emotions over crap.

Now I've caught wind that some others have been experienced elevated mood or whatever(from the general threads, as I haven't followed any other logs yet, will catch up on them end of week 2)... n I've noticed being able to keep cool easier n not get upset over things that would normally cause a reaction.... but nothing about these waves of emotion/sadness.

It's not out right depression or anything, it's only triggered by sitting n watching something, I'll get all choked up over nothing type stuff...

But it def only started since starting the PA n makes me wonder what's in this stuff that's effecting folks moods/emotions one way or another.

Really this stuff is strong. Very strong in whatever it's doing to create noticeable, unmistakable effects inside a week like this. This is something special, for sure.

They certainly hit different muscles, yes.

I actually built up some really strong forearms last cycle(March) n these help activate the brachial muscle(brachialus/brachioradialus even the bicep brachii of course, being a hammer lift) group A LOT but also integrate the short head of the bicep into the lift. It's amuch more complete bicep curl imo.... Blew my forearms up last March.

Strength is still there, just trying to fill out the muscles more and shed some of this padding I have covering everything.

I feel hitting hammers in the traditional position still hit the brachials alright but the load bearing group is the long head, or the bicep brachii and the short head is doing considerably less work.

I know, the music is the worst part about this gym.

My friggin cats thought my headphones were a chew toy and ate right through the cord. Really pissed me off cause they came with my new phone and were also my hands free headset.... pretty nice headphones....

Also, I use my phone for both an mp3 player and my camera, so either way, I have to suffer if I want to record a lift.

Gets me super pumped :rolleyes:

Right now I usually start with bis to pre-exhaust so back gets hit well, don't want my arms to take over, then added on to what i just typed in for yesterday I also hit deads and wrap up with high volume curls to burn them out.

I've been giving em some love right now just to refill em and cut em up again, but quite honestly there are sometimes that I go months at a time with out doing a curl just cause my arms will start getting huge in comparison to the rest of my body.

Besides, with my normal all out back routine I'm doing so many pulling exercises they get plenty of attention.

Not till I start breaking grip doing 120lb db rows n 365+ deads. But then it's only for those sets, i don't use them for absolutely everything like some folks, i like building grip strength. Still worth using straps though for heavier sets, no reason to limit my back growth based off grip strength only.

LoL. I honestly used to think I had strong grip until I started deadlifting and I realized there's guys lifting 500-700lbs on here raw...

Really was humbling.

All good... Eventually you'll show em how its done.. I know guys who deadlift a lot bit use the support of belts and wraps.. forget that, chalk your hand and just lift the dang bar..

Week 1 review:

Like in my Compound 20 log, Im going to use a 1-10 scale and brief description in the following sections for this review.

Pump: 1/10
I have literally seen nothing in this department more then any regular workout would illicit. I get pumped from the same exercises I normally do and maintain that pump longer after workouts that contain high complex carbs content in my p.wo. meal.


Body Composition Changes: 8/10
I've seen some nice effects in this area. I'm definitely leaning out around the belly and lower chest. Still have decent love handles and lower back fat, but that's my hardest spot to lose from and will take a lot more weight loss to see it effected. Currently down a good amount of weight though whilst increasing strength. Official starting weight had me at 210.8 fasted and I'm currently at 205.4 fasted. I am thinking some is water weight but honestly most is fat from the looks of the mirror. Nice to be able to cut yet not lose my appetite altogether and have to force feed for my cals. Pretty sure with the strength going up also, I'm not losing any muscle here. Which leads me to...


Strength Increases:
8/10

Certainly seeing vast improvement in strength over that which I'd be getting naturally right now. I do expect to see the weights increase workout to workout right now, BUT I'm increasing weight and they are still easy, with proof they need to go up the very next workout. I felt Compound 20 was a lil better in this department BUT I wasn't cutting on compound 20 either... makes the strength increase and concurrent fat loss all the more impressive.


Sleep and Muscular Recovery: 6/10
I've seen very little increase in muscular recovery here. still plenty of DOMS but I actually quite like that feeling. Interset recovery has increased slightly though, but not exactly the same thing.
Sleep is still GREAT, I always an a pretty deep sleeper though. The most notable change would certainly be the dream content which has still been sexual driven since a couple days in til now. Which leads to...


Side Effects Neg and Pos: 7/10(10 being side free)
Really there is very little neg to report. The lil bouts of emotion were mentioned and come and go with stimulus... Just more easily effected by certain things that are common with some people's experience on Clomid or the like. It's not all the time though so not a huge issue. Recently, as in since thurs, which was 7 days in, I have noticed that dosing fasted there is no problem, but when I do go to eat after the cardio, it sometimes hurts my stomach. Not GI discomfort but just a lil upset stomach that goes away after the food settles.... leading into the increased hunger.... this very well may be a negative for some. Very luckily for me, although I'm cutting, this increased hunger has been beneficial in getting in enough cals period and I'm still losing weight despite some extra snacking. So I feel this neg effect has been flipped to a positive thanks to the P.A. I would have to say also, that despite taking stimulants that normally shut down my libido and can give out right ED effects, libido has been going strong and I'm actually seeing occasional performance increases.

Overall Initial Impressions: 6/10
I have certainly been impressed at how much this supplement can be felt so quickly. More then anything, the increased hunger despite strong stimulant supplementation. While the weight loss and strength gains have also been welcome, I am hoping to see more from Patented Anabolic in the ways of muscle mass accrual and increased pumps and vasularity during workouts and through the day. Regardless of what I'd like to see, it just may not be an effect of Patented Anabolic after all and with that in mind I won't allow it to sway my judgment as its apparently doing something so far... how or what exactly I can't wait to find out.

not too shabby.

I'd say since it's a natty anabolic, there's probably a cumulative effect. by week 4 I wouldn't be surprised for the effects to be more pronounced.
