Kenpo, I'm just a few years younger. I turn 52 in a few months. You sir are the inspiration. Some of your volume with the weights is just insane. Your squats, deads, chin-ups, pull ups no way I could do that volume with the sustain weight you use.
Thank You! That makes me feel young again! Let's both keep rockin the iron, shall we?!!!

I did some Incline DB curls last night, love those.
Have you done them where you lay face down in the incline position and then curl? This was my first time trying them this way.

Sounds like a plan, I still have room to cheat doing them my way, but this way seems like a good fit..

I haven't used that machine in forever. Kinda forgot about it... I bet. A lot of weight was tossed today. http://youtu.be/NBh895KdXAU
I get a great tricep pump when I go heavy on that machine. I normally can hit 320 but since I did these last 270 was all I could mustard. I usually start at 180 on these.

Day 48 - Work out today was BACK
Arms still were pumped from yesterday so I was curious how today would go. Changed up the order due to a crowded gym today:

HS ISO-Lateral Rows
6 sets to 320 and got the full 10 reps on 320 next week we go 360!

1 girl had both racks luckily when I asked if she was done with one she said well yeah I guess.

One Arm T-Bar rows
5 sets each arm 70, 90, 90, 115, 125

Meadow Rows
5 sets each arm 70, 90, 90, 115, 125

One Arm DB Rows
4 sets each arm 90, 100, 110, 120

I was rowed out after all those so moved on:

Wide grip pull downs
5 sets to 200

Was soaking wet and drained, just couldn't get shrugs in today, ran out of time...and energy...

oh - since I'm the only diamond member itt, I get to post up breakfast! :D
(it just means I post a lot I guess....and this pic is only meant to give ideas, hope it helps)

was a slice each of 100% whole wheat and almond nut bread, 4oz ground turkey breast, 2 whole eggs + 2 whites
sandwich was so big (and messy), I just cut it up into bite size pieces & ate with fork..

was the biggest part of a total 800cal breakfast (90g carbs/17g fat)
not pictured is 1 scoop Oh Yeah! mass gainer in almond milk, and large grapefruit

now THAT'S that way to kick off a day ;)

Love egg sandwiches. Might have to think about that for afternoon meal with some buffalo chicken!
Keep the grapefruit. Just never could get use to the taste.
That is a great meal to start the day...

I like that HS Lat machine; I'd fight for it too. Lotsa volume there today.

I like grapefruit plain, but my wife won't eat it without sugar or stevia.

I too enjoy a good runny man sandwich.

Day 49 - today was just one of those days...it was raining when I woke up so stayed in bed another 20 minutes. Can't mow the yard today(whoop whoop!). Consumed my usually and then off to gym

Today's workout - LEGS

Wasn't feeling it at first(twing in my left oblique) but after I got going the twing didn't affect the workout.

Hack Squats - these are improving
7 sets 180,180, 270, 270, 360, 410(6reps), 450(2 reps)

Leg Press - happy here too considering
6 sets - 180, 180, 270, 360, 450, 540(6 reps)

Leg extension
135, 165, 210, 240, 260, 240, 210, 180, 165, 150, 135, 120, 95. Once I hit 260 then it was drop sets as listed with the only pause being time to move the pin. Each set in the drop set consisted of 6 reps. Frigging quads were burnt!!

Leg curls
6 sets to 210

And since I missed my shrug routine yesterday I decided to hit those

Shrugs
180, 270, 360, 410, 450. 10 rep sets and hold last rep on each set for 10 seconds. Couldn't hold for 10 seconds on the 450 set, more like 6 seconds.

Dinner last night was eggs and protein pancakes. Been along time since I'd had the pancakes. Went way over on carbs for yesterday but it sure helped my leg session and all 10 of those pancakes tasted great!!

Yep, was pretty happy with the hacks. Actually with all the lifts. The Shrugs I was really happy with. Of course, I use Versa-Grips when I workout so helps with the grip. Weight and volume both seem to keep increasing even while on PCT so I'm happy about that too.

Mancakes?? Hmm, in a bag, tub, already prepared? Curious on those. I just use complete pancake mix and add in 2 scoops of protein to a cup. Finding a suitable syrup is another story, haven't found one...

Day 50 - been busy morning... Today's workout was CHEST

Incline DB press
50, 80, 90, 100, 100
Man, if the 100's didn't give me such a problem getting them up I'd go up in weight. Really tax my forearms. 2 sets with the 100's, I was happy

HS chest press
6 sets working up to 320 and then 6 drop sets

Incline DB Flies
5 sets 35, 40, 50, 55, 60

Ok at this point I'm really feeling it...

HS incline press
Only 4 sets to 200

DB pullovers cross bench
80, 90, 100, 110

Chest is feeling it!

Then, when I got home performed 2 hours of mowing and weed eating. Chest and tris were giving me spasms when I had to pull the mower.

Even though I'm in pct i am still seeing strength gains. Weight unfortunately has dropped a little even though I'm still consuming 3000-3200 calories a day. Lost 2 lbs since my cycle ended. Losing a little weight and gaining strength is fine with me. Seeing more vascularity too.

Oh, the easy way! Aunt J complete pancake mix(1 cup), protein powder(I use Select for these because it sets up correctly)1.5 scoops per cup, a little cinnamon and add water to desired consistency. We use a griddle and only flip pancake once.

I think the Glutamine and taurine have helped a little bit with the elbows. They haven't bothered me for several days now. Even when I did incline DB press with the 100's they normally kill my elbows, but Sunday an hour after workout and they felt fine. Even the dips weren't affected by them today.

Oh, I felt those, even in my lower back from tensing up since the bench takes the delts out of the equation. Thinking of trying the ez curls with this!

It is funny you said that, as I was thinking the exact same thing the last time I did then. I mean with the curve of the bar it would almost mimic holding the db's against each other...
