Really busted my ass today. Muscles didnt really give out so much as my cardio was gone. Got a lot done today so thank you Wyked. The DAA has seemed to really boosted my test levels. Been having some anger out bursts nothing too crazy, but I have noticed myself more quick to get pissed which is rare.

Kind of like Im so stimmed I yawn :thinking: especially on the drive to the gym. Could just be Im so bored driving and ready to lift lol.

There are fewer and fewer hardcore gyms now. Everybody wants to accommodate the most people especially those who wont "tear up the equipment."

Hmm that is a good question. It seems like the DAA-HCG bottles last about 15 days each give or take. Had some spillage because the contains are packed and taking the scoop out. Obviously atleast until one bottle of Wyked is complete. Using DAA-HCG the whole time too. Could go longer just depends on how I am feeling. Or if yall want me to continue whatever works.

Saw a cougar doing crossfit junk Idk what they are called. But they reminded me to do burpees. On day 5 of a 100 day challenge.

Did 2 sets of 10. On the 2nd set I just flopped on the floor basically lol. Was beat tired.

Advice dont try 3 scoops of Wyked and do legs lol. Felt a bit of heartburn with that combo. I think anything with that much stim kick is a bad combo with the kind of leg work. Had some serious focus and really hammered the muscles.

Just read another thread and it made me think to comment on this aspect of DAA-HCG. Libido is up. Sometimes it is scary how a raging libido will make you look at chicks you wouldnt normally look at. Almost thought about going into a bakery before going to the gym... because I saw the back of a girl while in the parking lot. Loads are definitely bigger too with more fire power.

I'm with Josh. I have only ever had a Flu Shot once and the one and only time I got it I was the sickest I have ever been in my life for ~6 months just after it, which was NOT cool, since it was Junior Worlds year and my last year of college (i.e. high school for you Americans). Never again!

Another fun burpee combo is to do them in front of a pull up bar and when you jump up from the burpee grab the bar and do a chinup or pullup then let go and right back down to the ground for the next burpee.

And I interpreted the directions to say that I should take 2 scoops first thing upon waking, and another 2 scoops in the evening with wyked prior to working out? Or am I taking one scoop in the morning, and one in the afternoon? I figured I'd ask in here and receive the best advice...thanks again to everyone at Taurus! Log will up shortly!

My understanding(and the way I have been taking it) is to take 1 scoop preworkout with Wyked. Then another scoop at night. Both times try and take it on an empty stomach.

Agreed, and some silver works wonders for me and my immune system.
Ya never again will I.

So Tuesdays workout sucked. 3 sets of squats and I was in a straight up fog. Muscles were burning but I just couldnt go on. Stupid base fc has the AC on and a huge fan overhead. I just called it a day.

Will post up today workout in a little bit. Was much better I would say.

It's 1 scoop twice a day for a total of 2 scoops a day.

One in the AM and one in the afternoon would be fine

My weight is actually probably about 220 right now. So it is up but I feel like Im leaner.

Dips behind the back

Lying tricep ext finish with close grip press

Cable tricep ext with arm blaster

Concentration curls

Lying DB curls

Hammer Curls

Reverse curls thumbless

Scale weight really is irrelevant, one can gain or maintain scale weight but at the same time be leaning out and dropping body fat. Personally I try not to weigh myself that often and just go by the mirror and every once in a while I do a 3 point BF test to get an idea.

Anyway you are making awesome progress Tom. Good to hear about the increased aggression, I cant wait to try DA-HCG myself!

Ya I know I just walk by it and hope on it out of habit. Used to do it while wrestling even when I knew I was under lol.

Ya might want to warn people about the aggression lol. The cornbread incident is quite funny.
