CYCLE: 6 Week Oral Cycle.
Week 1: 40 mg. per day of Juggernaut E-Max and 20 mg. per day of Dianabol.
Weeks 2-6: 50 mg. per day of E-Max and 30 mg. per day of D-Bol. ( may up these dosages during weeks 4 thru 6, we'll see)
GOALS: Lean-Bulker. Try to put on 10 lbs. of fairly lean muscle with minimal fat gain. I don't plan to do a plain bulk ever again. Those of you who know me, have seen my "fat pics" and know that I never want to go back there ever again!
I'd also welcome any and all strength gains from this one!!
BACKGROUND: I'm 44 years old. I'm 6'3" and currently tip the scales at 238 lbs. Somewhere in the vicinity of 10% bodyfat. I will post current measurements later. I never used any PS/PH/AAS until I was 41 years old.
CYCLE HISTORY: Wow....Here goes. Several solos and stacks including the following: H-Drol, Phera-Plex, Super-Drol, Epithio's, and designer type Trens.
I also have done real AAS cycles using D-Bol and even Oral Trenbolone (methyl trienolone)
Have also used various PH type pre-workout gear including: Methoxy-TST, MMV2, and Methyl-DHT. I may very well toss some of these into the mix for this one!!
TRAINING PLAN: My style of training is old school Mike Mentzer type HIT training. High Intensity/Low Volume stuff. Think Dorian Yates here and you get the idea. This works for me. I've been training for 25 years and I have experimented with almost every type of training that you can imagine.
I will be incorporating the following techniques: Rest-Pauses, Drop-Sets (single drops, triple drops, ect), Super-Sets, Pre-Exhaustion Sets, Partial Reps, Static Holds......you name it. If it's intense and it hurts...I'll be using it!!
SUPPORT SUPPS: These supps will be taken on a daily basis. This is the total amount per day and not how I'll split the doses up. If you're interested in that, just ask me. In fact, ask me anything you want to!
Supps: Besides the gear of course, these are my supporting supplements:
Fish Oil: 8 to 10 grams
Extra Virgin Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons= 28 grams.
Extra Virgin Coconut Oil: 1 tablespoon= 14 grams.
Policosanol: 40 mg.
Hawthorn Berries: 2 to 4 grams as needed according to BP readings.
Milk Thistle: 2 grams.
Alpha Lipoic Acid: 600 mg.
Vitamin B6: 200 mg.
Zinc: 100 mg.
Vitamin C: 6 grams.
Multi-Vitamin: 2 per day.
Aspirin: 1 per day (because I'm old. ha ha)
I think that's about it. You can see that I believe in using support supps with my gear. Even with my madness, I still have a method.
DIET: 6 to 8 smaller meals per day. Very high on the protein, high on the healthy fats, and low on the carbs. This works for my body type. I'll give further details later.
PCT PROTOCOL: To be announced later. Just be sure, that it will be every bit as inclusive and thorough as my support supps are!!
