Aww that stinks! Soak it with a mixture of of vinegar/dawn/hot water...let it sit a full 24+ hours. I'm surprised bleach didn't do it though!
Okay I will give that a shot! I may have not let it soak long enough. On the bleach bottle it said 5 mins but it may need to really soak. Thanks!

Geez... Keep Fallin behind on posting workouts! Still keeping track at least.

118.2 back down to 114.6 today. Lowered my carb intake for this last week to lessen that water retention.

FRIDAY:

Warm up:
Bench press - bar x 10, 65 x 8
Pendlay rows - 55 x 5
Goblet squats - 35 x 10
Kettlebell front swings - 20 x 10

Circuit:
8 rounds, 30 mins

Bench press: 55 x 10
BB rows: 45 x 10
Kettlebell swings : 20 x 10
Goblet squats: 35 x 10

Shoulder rotations: 5 x 20 x 2

Superset:
Bicep curls- 15 x 10, 20 x 10
Drag curls- 15 x 10, 20 x 9

Tricep rope flare - dropset
20 x 10
30 x 10
40 x 8
30 x 6
20 x 9


SATURDAY:
Light swim, 20 laps

Push-ups x 5
Hammer strength rows: 50 x 10
Wall ball squats: 12 x 15
30 sec jump rope

15 mins LISS
Treadmill, 4 mph
