Front squat 285lbs x 3 (that's more than what I'd have probably maxed a couple months ago with my poverty front squat).

definitely lol we followed that with am AMRAP set with 60lbs and I knocked out 30 reps. Talk about pump and breathing issues lol terribleI just refrain from lifting anything for more than 15 seconds #cardio Good presses. Especially at that BW.
