Okay haven't done a log in a while so i figured what the hell. Jacob from USPlabs was nice enough to send me some of his latest goodies which is really going to help me reach my goal. Speaking of goals mine is simple, maintain/gain LBM and lose bodyfat.
I would like to stay between 225-230lbs and get down to 5-6%. For the purpose of this log I'll be giving update as often as i can but I'm giving this protocol 6 weeks. At the end I'll see where I'm at measurement wise and post. Before and after pics will be included. Just to clarify I don't expect to get to 5-6% in 6 weeks. I'm just cutting the log off at that point to see how much change I've made using these supps.

Bottom line I won't post my diet or training as I don't have the time. What I do know is my body and any change no matter how small. I'm very in tune with my body so if these supps are working I'll know it. Left out powerfull as I believe it would of been hard to judge the effectiveness of the USPLabs new test booster.
Week 1 down!
AP-PSlin When I added in AP alongside PSlin at the begining of the week I def noticed a difference. I'm eating a ton of carbs and still am able to lose bodyfat. As a result my muscle bellies stay full and my strength and energy in the gym has remained high. What can I say this stuff is amazing.
Recreate-so far so good. i noticed some heat on and off but it's not constant like some other thermo's I've tried. I enjoy the fact that I can go to dinner or have a conversation and not feel like I'm in a sauna. I get no stimulatory effect from this. In fact I started to take one before bed with no problems. Interesting thing happened the other night and I'm not sure how it's connected but I came home from a late event I had to put on with some clients. Anyway came home and there was nothing to eat and i didn't feel like making something as It was like 1am. At this point I was absolutely starving so I just grabbed a jar of natty pb and ate about half of it. I know your all thinking dude you ate half a jar but undestand I was starving and it's better then me hitting taco bell Anyway I go to sleep only to awaken 2 hours later on fire. I'm talking on fire people. I woke up in a full on sweat, sheets soaked and i felt as if I was cooking in my own skin. I got the fan out, changed the sheets, and put that fan on full blast right in my face and just laid there till I eventually drifted off. Up until that point I didn't experience any real heat just felt warm. My guess is it was such an infux of fats that Recreate said now your goin to pay sucka. Unreal heat I tell ya, unreal. Needless to say I won't be doing that again,lol
Test booster-So far it's been hard to judge as my work week was crazy. Libido is unchanged, I have noticed i'm more oily then usual but that's about it so far. Being a week in didn't expect much as most test boosters in my experience build over time and take a few weeks to get going.

Weight unchanged but down about 1.5% in bf in a week. Me like where this is going I lost most of the fat in my arms and abominals (based on caliper measurements) Any question feel free to ask

Well didn't drop any fat this week but I've seemed to of added a lb. I have to say I was surprised and happy to see that. Based on this bodyfat measurement I can tell it's time to tighten the diet up a bit more. I base my diet around phases to keep my body progressing and it's time to kick it into 3rd gear.
Only difference from last week is I've taken up the test booster to 5 caps/day. It's def kicking in as I think it's helped in the lb that I gained as well as a nice increase in libido. All in all everything just seems to be getting better and my body is telling me to switch gears to continue fatloss. My calories don't get adjusted until they have to be in efforts to maintain as much lbm as possible. I think too many people crash diet in order to get cut in 2 weeks and end up losing just as much muscle as fat. My cuts usual take 12-15 weeks but I'll be damned if I don't keep my muscle.
Week 3 (final thoughts and measurements)
Ok folks my bottles are empty so this log must come to an end. Below is a run down of my thoughts on each supp.
Recreate- Phenominal thermo here. I noticed the longer I was on it the more it built up in my system. This last week I was hot all day and all night and my dosage didn't change. I stuck with 4 caps/day throughout. What I did notice was on week 3 as the heat turned up I began to feel a bit lethargic and tired. Not the best feeling in the world but I managed I think 4 weeks straight would have been all I could take without a break. I really respond to thermo so for me it was getting intense. With that said I can't wait to get more
AP/Pslin- Group these guys together because they served the same purpose. I feel they really helped with keeping my strength up and adding a little LBM in the process. With the ability to keep carbs high and not gain fat was a godsend. And talk about the benefit of staying full while cutting. Mentally I felt great as the scale wasn't dropping and I was losing fat. Anyway what can I say that hasn't already been said about these two. Two of the best supps on the market.
Test Booster: This built up over time as well and seemed to get better as the days past. It kicked in around day 10 for me and I noticed my libido taken up a notch as well as a general sense of wellbeing. Also noticed an increase in the speed of hair regrowth after I shaved so test was up. I felt 5 caps was my sweetspot which is what i ran for the last two weeks. I believe it also working well with ap and slin in slapping on a few lbs of LBM. Look at the pics below and i think you'll agree. Can't wait for this one to come out.
All in all I think the synergy these supplements provided is second to none. Combined they helped me drop bodyfat and gain some lbm. Doesn't get better then that. Below are just two pics I took real quick to see any visual change that might have occured.
