its sad, and because they're old, they won't listen to you about any serious training theories anyways. i had one guy fall asleep on a machine that i needed. another of them was doing triceps on a machine, but he was using such a light weight, that he let go of the bar towards the bottom, and it kept moving another 3-4 inches before coming back to his awaiting hand. i wish there was an "old persons area" so they would just irritate each other.

haha. Some old dude in my gym has the worst form and routines its silly
