Bench Press- 4 sets, 3 warm up sets, 1 set-10 rep max to failure
Incline DB press- 2 sets, 1 Warm up set, 1 set- 12 rep max to failure
Over head barbell press- 6 sets 15 reps to failure each set
Shrugs 3 sets
Push downs 3 sets 20 reps per set to failure
knuckled close grip push ups 1 set to failure
Skipping 5 min Warm up
1 min rounds as fast as I can with 30 sec rest in between repeated 10 times

Joints- 6/10 both shoulders felt pretty sore but they got through the workouts.
