I have decided to drop Formestane, I feel like taking that with Testopro and HGH Up is a little to much for me to take in. I just havn't been feeling the best the last couple days so I will stick with HGH UP and TestoPro for now.

I'll try starting Formestane again when I'm done Testopro and HGH UP.

I think you were right bro, I'm gonna drop the Formestane for now, the combo of Formestane, Testopro and HGH UP seems like to much for my body.
not to mention the cissus/neovar and everything else. by splitting your stuff up you can run a much longer log.

i would suggest you not take cissus and neovar together and get some carbs in with the neovar-the cissus i found works better on an empty, imo.

Well I am just so damn sore it sucks lol, but I know I will heal better when my body gets used to conditioning workouts again. I haven’t done Weighted squats for about a year now, it always hurt my knees but I also had weak legs and in the last 6 months I have improved my leg strength a lot, which also feels better on my knees. It hurts my shoulder to hold the bar on that angle so I didn’t want to do many reps, after I finished the circuit I thought I’d try 185lbs even though my legs were fatigued as hell I was able to pull off 6 reps easy and I went below parallel every rep. Next week I will try my max reps at 185lbs.

I am extremely sore and I will probably take Thursday off.

Felt so sore today, have not felt like this in a long time, my body is not happy lol
As sore as I am I looked in the mirror today and I got pissed off at myself, I had nice lean abs in the summer, then I stopped eating clean and it went from there.

But I am determined to get the stomach lean again, I am going to have to push my body to go to the gym tomorrow but I am going to try as hard as I can to do a hard Cardio workout.

Normaly I could do something upper body but my shoulder is killing so I'm gonna just have to wait a couple days and start hard again Monday. I'm hoping my shoulder starts recovering faster and gets less sore, but I have faith in God that he will let it be 100% when the time is right.

Warm up set of Pulldowns(seems like the back of the shoulder hurts the most and when I warm it up it’s not as bad)

Falt Flys- 1 warm up set, 1 set to Failure
Shoulder raises warm up set- 40 reps
Overhead Press- 3 sets to failure

Skipping 5min warm up
Skipping 1 min as fast as I can, then 30 sec rest and Repeat 10 times

First workout was awesome, Felt stronger and got 2 more reps on the bench press this week. Cardio felt amazing the first workout but second workout I just didn't have to much motivation which is weird for me...and it pisses me off I felt like that tonight, so I plan on having a kick ass workout tomorrow!

Looks good. Have you noticed any change with 3 TestoPRO? Reason I ask is a lot of people told me there was no real difference between 2 and 3 caps.

i loved 3 testopro pre, never tried 4-that should be nice!
btw-oep is actually living up to claims, actually able to give up my sunday krispy kremes, lol. down 5 lbs!

Although I cannot recommend that if you do the 4 pre-wo let's us know how it went.

Well today was a very long day, I will say 4 caps of TestoPro was awesome, Vascularity was insain with 4 caps, also strength went up 5 pounds and 1 rep on Rows. Right bicep was sore going into the workout so that kinda sucked but still made strength gains so thats a super Plus! And again 4 caps of TestoPro gives the best Vasculartiy I ever had!
