Tennis elbow

So I get terrible tennis elbow in both arms pretty much anytime I squat or bench heavy. To my understanding, it's due to forced wrist extension during the lifts, so does anyone have good suggestions for helping with that? Maybe improve external shoulder rotation, so I can get my forearms under the bar, rather than relying on my wrists to hold it?

You deff want to increase external rotation. Loosen up the sub scap and triceps and the forearm flexors n that should help take a lot of tension off the elbow!
