Strength Gains on TRT & Peptides

Looking to break some PRs over the next couple of months. Currently on 160mg of Test cyp with 1 mg Adex weekly. Additionally taking 300mcg of both CJC 1295 & Ipamorelin nightly and will be pulsing 25mg MK 677 Friday & Saturday (will also do T/W if sides are low). Breakdown of schedule: Monday- BJJ at night Tuesday-LISS in the morning Wednesday- Power-functional training Thursday- BJJ at night Friday- LISS in the morning Saturday- off (eat a good amount) Sunday- HIT Style weight training. Repeat.

PRs on nearly all of my lifts. I’ll be posting the results from my workout in the next few hours that will give more perspective. My style of training is primarily for bodybuilding but I touch on a little bit of everything to remain well rounded. I plan to post every day’s work and progress. Though, the only exciting stuff takes place on Sunday my primary lifting day.

Leaning Cable lateral Raises-20x15 each arm

Shoulder victory stance hold- 60 secs
Dawson Tricep press on smith (smith Tri extension really)- 180x11
One arm Tricep stretch iso hold- 45lbsx60secs each arm
Fat bar chin up grip lat pull downs-280x1 & 265x4
Low cable seated rows full stretch and squeeze- 265x7
Wide grip full stretch iso holds- 53secs
Pen wheel curl- 55x15
Incline dumbbell curl- 40x15
Full bicep iso stretch- 60 secs
Barbell Hip Extensions- 405x10 (pr)
ATG heels elevated dumbbell goblet squat-120x16 (pr)
Full sissy squat stretch iso hold- 60 sec
Ballet full extension hamstring stretch iso hold- 60 secs
Seated calve raise with 8 sec hold with full stretch at the bottom- 135x8

Overall a decent first day. Daylight savings killed anything special for the day. Was up at 245am and couldn’t get back to sleep. Also, I know that MK isn’t a miracle maker but I was expecting more. If anything I had less energy, everything felt heavier and was winded throughout. Could be because of the sleep and getting back into BJJ after a month off with a broken finger. I always want more. I’ll do some experimenting this week to see what’s up. Perhaps I’ll just cut out MK for now. I want that 315x1 paused Rep on the incline so bad. I feel like I’m close.

Not the type of stack to do much in regards to strength. However, any bit is a boost to normal baseline, and then there's the power of the mind. Being pumped up mentally because of the stack and dedication to your goals. I have no doubt you will gain strength and muscle...

You’re reading that right. I’m following the Arthur Jones, Mentzer, Dante DC style with my own spin on it currently and have been seeing results. I was surprised too. It’s not the only style that I do, as I have found success in a variety of styles. I think that most of the time you get what you put in. The true lifting portion of it is really relegated to Sunday’s two hour workout. The second workout is more or less plyos, dynamic, functional and sprints. I’ll post that workout on Wednesday for clarity. I will do this until it stops giving me results (probably a few more weeks), deload and then switch it up.

Thanks for the encouragement 👊🏻 I’ve been at this for a while. I’m just turning 40 and have been lifting consistently for 20 years. I have put additional focus on bodybuilding and strength the last three years. Before that, I would lift to help with the recreational sports that I would do. I have retired from Rec ball. I have also been on TRT for the last 5 years. During this time it has been a rollercoaster to get the right doc, right dose and everything dialed in. Quick example, my first doc refused to give me an AI when I complained about my nipples itching and being puffy. Of course, that caused me to get gyno that I’m still living with (will get it removed one day). Now, everything is dialed in, I have the right doc and my two month blood work is always on point. Before that I had 7ish prohormone cycles in the early 2000’s before I knew what I was doing. Gotta love GNC back in the day. I have also ran two 10 week 500mg test with 30mg anavar cycles where I had a proper pct etc in 2008 and 2011. These days I’m Looking to live my best life in my 40’s

On the same page, not looking for anything too dramatic right now. Steady, week to week results is what I’m looking for and I hope that this provides. I really appreciate the good words and encouragement

BJJ GI tonight. I see where MK is helping me to look fuller but It seems to hurting my cardio a little bit. I was slower and was sucking air quick tonight. May just drop it and see where CJ Ipa combo gets me.

Don't drop it just yet..wait a few weeks .sides like those dissipate after week 3..if you're on week 5 and it's still happening then drop it

body comp is solid with being heavier than this time last week. Blood sugars have been a little all over the place too.

BJJ no gi tonight. Night and day difference from Monday to today. Cardio was back on point as I cut out MK, I couldn’t wait for the sides (blood sugar flux) to subside. PB is up but that just means it’s time for a blood donation to get the RBC back in check. Feeling pretty good overall, looking forward to Sunday’s workout. Considering GAC injections as an add.

overall pretty good day. Spotter touched the bar on the second incline rep, so it’s more like 1 & 7/8th reps. No biggie, but I need a lifting buddy. Also, Starting to feel a bit run down. Will likely max out and deload next week.

BJJ gi tonight and felt great. Really strong and cardio was on point. Had anxiety during the day. I think that it was a continuation of the low blood sugar due to my pre workout the day before. Seem to be good now. Nothing like a brutal 90 minutes of dudes trying to kill you to force you to be in the moment and out of your head. 🙏🏻

Took Wednesday power day off. A blend of life getting real and an opportunity to recover. Incorporated BPC into the plan and cut out MK officially for now. I’ll try it by itself on the next go around. Had no GI BJJ and it was great. Feeling good and cardio is stronger. No real anxiety. Cut out MK, p5p w L dopa (perhaps lowered estrogen too much) and no more viagra pre workout 😆 had to try. I seem to be back on track mentally. Will see how I’m feeling this weekend for a workout. May deload and reload next week.

Deload time. I went a week longer than I should have. Will take some time away and log the next 5 week run.
