Stenadrol Perfect Cycle by Olympus Labs 1st PH run???

Hello I am 29 years old and have been lifting for a couple years now. I'm looking to run my very 1st PH cycle and wondering if this is a good starting point, not trying to go to strong on my first trial run. Been looking at stenadrol-perfect-cycle.. I am 6'5 220 pounds at 9% bf.
