Vitamin K? What you using that for if you don't mind me asking man?
One of the possible negatives about high Vitamin D intake (if you aren't monitoring 25OHD levels, like most of us aren't) *can/could* be Hypercalcemia. Vitamin K2 guards against that.

Real cheap, I can get most of these for <$40 for all for a months supply (just by looking at others staples, the cost alone would throw me off everyday use for long term).

Great list bro, but don't some of those supplements need to be cycled?
Oxymax and hypermax can be ran 8 weeks followed by 4 weeks off Completely. Alphamax can be run for 8 weeks followed by a 4 week off period. Not mandatory though.

You should def take at least 4 weeks. AlphaMax has OG Erase in it, and you don't want to be on it year long or periods longer than 8 weeks really.

I would say it's mandatory to take at least 4 weeks off if you're running 50mg dose/day or higher for 8+ weeks.

Iam not going to debate if its mandatory or not . Its up to the person who is taking it . Everyone has their own opinions. It is a good idea to take 4 weeks off as stated above , but running it 10 or 12 weeks will not kill you.

Nice to see I'm not the only one who runs an auxiliary pump supp. Which is your favorite? I'm looking for something non-nitrate to cycle off the Noxygen, but I haven't yet found any which do the trick for me.

I'm a big fan of iForce Hemavo2 and PES High Volume. I'm currently using Allmax H-Vol, which isn't bad either. I usually cycle nitrate products though, 6-8 weeks on followed by 2-3 weeks off, and I don't take them every day. I usually just try to get some extra carbs in preworkout and go for the carb pump when I cycle off a nitrate product haha

I use it mainly for immune support, but it's effects as a GDA are an added benefut.

I think its a great supplement to add as a staple, but many products include berberine. I noted on my list that I use Slinmax as my GDA staple, which includes berberine. You'll find it added to most GDA supplements, as it is a great ingredient for glucose disposal and immune support as well

It's a good ingredient, but I'm already awesome at handling carbs and I don't use it because it negatively interacts with Forskolin (which I use quite often).

They have almost opposite MOA's, its use will likely negate or limit the effectiveness of F95

Beberines negative effects on cAMP vs. Forskolin positive effects on cAMP.

Simply seperating the doses by 6-8 hours should be more then sufficient.

Very much so. FulIness, recovery & niggly injury benefits. Lethargy...not so enjoyable.

I ran BSL Mk Ultra @ 20mg nightly first time around & was impressed - though I was also cranking in lotsa stims during the day.
This time i'm running OL Ghar1ne at 10mg, taken around lunch time & it's helping offset the lethargy somewhat. I'll run 10mg for 3 months, then 20mg for 3 months, maybe a further 3 months at 30mg then take a break.
If I wasn't trialling a natty test booster i'd probably add in Dermacrine to combat the lethargy, maybe OL Dermatrest come cycle time.
