Thanks man i appreciate it, im trying! I also deadlifted tonight.. i did 585 for a single pretty easily and followed it with a single of 610 which wasnt that bad considering my back and hams were still sore from my last squat workout... This is where i can definitely see the results of the Cabergolean, i am recovering better and lifting heavier weights more frequently which is awesome, especially being drug free..
Also, that is good weight for all those reps.. I hardly ever deadlift for reps anymore, i found that the more i did the lower my deadlift was. I usually stick to warm up sets of 5 reps or less then a few heavy singles as my main workout followed by stiff leg deadlifts. As a side note, I was able to pull 510 for 2 reps the very first time i ever did a conventional deadlift, up until that time i had always trained stiff legs. I find that they hit the posterior chain much better and allow you to do them more frequently, because week after week of heavy deadlifting for reps will eventually over tax your central nervous system. Also, when you go for heavy weight for so many reps what often happens is that your form breaks down which makes you more prone to a low back injury. And dont say you arent a great deadlifter, 365x10 is no joke, im sure if you warmed up and were fresh you would pull close to 500 if not more.. early in my powerlifting career i trained my deadlift every week for reps and took it from 510lbs 2 times to not being able to pull 500 off the floor, but when i realized i needed a break i took 3 weeks off and hit 550 in my first meet. This same progression has happened for many of my powerlifting friends who all assume they need to train the hell out of the dead, but they always end up burnt out and their numbers drop. My advice.. Train the hell out of the squat and do stiff legs for good measure and hit deads once every 2 weeks max and only then for no more than a heavy triple. I have been doing this and it made my dead jump from 550 to 640 in about 10 months. keep it up, and thanks again for the continued support!
