So, I’m pretty excited about starting this stack soon! I crashed really hard off the Geozine/Epi/1Test last go around. Then the holidays came around and I ended up out of the gym for almost 5 months ??*
. I got back in consistently a little over 2 weeks ago and I feel great. I’ve been doing a full body for hypertrophy but am going to do a split after I start everything. I’ll most likely be starting this cycle Monday. I won’t log every day or workout, but I’ll share some PR’s, weight gains and a few pictures along the way. I’m open to any and all advice guys!
