Also, let me just say.. I do not like either of the people I mentioned previously because of what they believe scripturally and teach. I know nothing of there personal lives, I just do not agree what they are preaching.

He said it is not our place to judge what it done with our tithes it is our place to tithe. We will be judged by God whether or not we tithed, and at the same time the pastor and/or church will be judged on what they used they tithes for.
This is the way I view it as well. I went to several churches before settling into one that I felt comfortable with. I made an effort to not focus so much on the tithing aspect at first (was a cynic in the past). As time passed, I became more involved. I volunteered, spoke with pastors, and learned about all the programs they run. I realized that the donations they receive go to good use. Now I understand why they may request a second offering. There's a lot of good pastors and churches, we just seem to only notice the few bad ones.

I don't I mentioned this, I started this log weighing 151-152lb.

Just from carb cycling w/flexible dieting, I'm down to 148lb. So about 3-4lb loss. Strength is good and mood is good so we're moving in the right direction!

I'll get noodz up at some point as well.

The sabo squat shoes are nice. Felt LOCKED into the floor, has a higher ankle support almost like a mid high top shoe as well.

Tomorrow is an off day, lower kcal and a lazy day. Well, not completely lazy.. Me and the wife are going to look at king size beds and a bedroom set. We put our crib we bought together last night which by the way, was ridiculously expensive :/

Tyga, how did the bench with the feet up feel for you? Saw someone do it the other day and looked awkward. I know it will take leg drive out of the equation, but this kid almost killed himself!

It's kinda awkward. I set up like I usually do when it comes to benching and then I pull my legs up. I use to hate the movement, now I've grown to like it lol

Definitely makes you pump the weight more like a bbuilder. Extra hard w/ dbells.

especially hard if the bench is really stiff. Softer helps with the balance but a rock hard bench will make you fee like you're gonna roll

Gz, those fives felt HEAVY. I need to hit my groove, and quick. Everything feels... Different. If that makes sense.

Been working on barbell smashing my anterior delt to fix my internal rotation as well as all the pre hab/ rehab work and I think it's slowly paying off. My scapula is still winged and my pecs are still tight because I'm still "turtle shelled" but, it is slightly better! Must continue on with the work though..

Cheat meal Saturday. I'm getting a poop ton of sushi, but what I'm needing help on is the dessert lol

Options:
1) pint of BnJ specaloos core icecream
2) pint of BnJ peanut buttah core icecream
3) donuts
4) cheesecake

I'm down another pound as well. 147lb after waking today. Diets moving in the right direction. Macros will stay the same until I don't loose weight on a certain week.

If you go with the ice cream, speculoos hands down. Cheesecake is a good option too tho.

If you go with the ice cream, speculoos hands down. Cheesecake is a good option too tho.

I still have macros lol I'm not completely trying to blow em out the water. I've got to stay on my course to shred down.

One meal + one cheat will do fine.

Lol I mean my cheat won't fit my macros and a cheat isn't intended to. I'm just saying if I consume 1200 kcal over my maintenance with one meal + one Dessert then there is no need to go over my maintenance by 4000+ just to have "everything" tomorrow.

Well, it's basically mine already i just have to sit down and talk with her more about the position.

love pin squats. 2in above my hip crease is my weakest range of motion. So, these and pause squats should fix it

Only thing I'd watch is the bar seems to dip a bit again before you end the pause to pull it up. Beltless paused deadlifts have worked really well for me though and I know they suck, nice work.

Super jealous of the sushi! I'll be honest (in before hate mail) I didn't enjoy the Cookie Butter BnJ as much as I thought I would, but want to try the Peanut Buttah eventually. :)

I noticed that on the video. Didn't feel like I was while I was doing the rep though. Thanks for pointing that out.
