Last meal for tonight.

105g tuna
Minced garlic
Onion powder
200g egg white
1c basamati rice

Cooked the tuna, garlic and onion powder together then added the egg whites. Covered it in hot sauce.. It was surprisingly good lol

Tomorrow I'm knockin out deads and a secondary bench movement. Oh and it's my low carb day.. Which I can tell is already going to blow.

What type of ab work did you do tyga tyga ? I just started doing some weighted decline sit-ups yesterday. I've been doing them without weight, but am trying to get them to pop a little more. I do other exercises to, but just added weight to that one. I am not sore today, so maybe I need to do more?

I hear you. I don't really hammer em like you've said as well. I pick one ab exercise for four sets of 12-15 and rotate to the next ab exercise the next time I hit abs. Which now, will be more routinely lol

So it looks like this

Mon-ab wheel
Wed- leg raises
Fri- oblique crunches

"4s" week

Comp deadlift
365x4 @8
385x4 @9
370x4 @9 3% fatigue

Goblet squat

Man, the deadlifts were stupid heavy lol kinda discouraging but, according to video analysis I'm a "wedge" curve and I'm more responsive to higher reps and RPE. Right now I have to keep hammering this cycle out.

Also, call this dude the macro filler lol

Also, you just pulled 491 a couple weeks ago. You're CNS is still bouncing back, for real. And that was after a peak. If you tried to pull that today, you might only be looking at 455 lol

All part of the game. That being said, this work today is what will make that 491 into 520 next time.

No I haven't. I personally think Joyce Meyer is a false teacher. I disagree with A LOT of her views.

I honestly don't listen to Joyce or Joel Olsteen

But, I hear you.

I have started a new 40 day devotional however, that is REALLY good. It's called "The Jesus Creed" excellent read.

I was listening to Joyce pretty hardcore when I was going through things but I was never able to get into Joel. I'll have to check it out! I'm always seeking something inspirational, something more than just this here right now. :) I always tell my friends, "When you feel like you have nothing left, at least have faith and trust in His will."

They're Sabo powerlift shoes, they weren't too expensive; $120. A lot cheaper than the romaleos and adipowers. The reviews on the Sabo are great! They actually compare them to adipowers

Nice workout tyga. I have never done board presses myself. I think I will end up doing some things I haven't done before with the Sheiko plan. I want to look into the book you mentioned as well. I agree with you on Joyce and Joel.

Well my company has a satellite repair facility that shares hangar space with her Gulfstream G4, and I can tell you this firsthand: kind of difficult to help the needy/desperate/starving with your donations when she's dropping 2k on fuel to fly cross-country and paying my company $105 an hour for me to service her nose strut. Plus my callout expenses, of course.

There are many wasted donations and false prophets in this world. Try to make your charity count, and remember that all humans can stray, but the Word remains the same Truth.

Stuff like this is why I go back and forth.
Pastors of large churches have a large salary. I don't believe our tithes are ever wasted. They pay the staff, fund outreaches, benevolent funds among other things.

Is there pastors who take advantage of the churches funds? Of course. There are big corporate companies CEOs that do as well.

I used to go to a church that when it came time to tithe the pastor would spend 10 minutes on why you should tithe. I just had a talk with my current pastor about this.He completley changed my thoughts on tithing. He said it is not our place to judge what it done with our tithes it is our place to tithe. We will be judged by God whether or not we tithed, and at the same time the pastor and/or church will be judged on what they used they tithes for.

The difference in her using, say, a gently-used Citation XLS for her travels vs. her Gulfstream G-IV? You're looking at 11 million vs mid-high 30s, to say nothing of operating costs (fuel, maintenance, hangar space, detailing, pilots). 25 MILLION dollars that could have fed starving kids in Africa or put a sweatshirt and a blanket on a homeless person, but she had to ball hard. And an XLS would be pretty dope man; you have one of those and you're certifiably ballin'.

Someone like that is living for this world, only.

The pastor kept saying, "I know that you've given so much already but if you want to be in heaven with God, you have to give everything you have. Please come up here and put it in the basket."

I sat in the back of the church trying to find an escape route because I didn't want anyone to see me leave.

This is a good way to look at it. I don't think it gives license to be careless, obviously, but at the end of the day you can only be responsible for YOUR actions and intentions.

Sorry for the de-rail, Tyga!
