Had to skip my workout on Friday because I got a bad case of pink eye. Got some antibacterial drops and I was feeling a lot better today, so I got my workout in.

Strength is still up. Put up 155 lbs on the barbell for shoulder press which was awesome. Looking leaner and dropped to 196.

Strength was about the same on the bench and incline but the triceps exercises increased in strength. I felt this was pretty good since I only got 3.5 hours of sleep last night. I've been putting hard hours for an organic test. I have to do good on this test, and I figured a couple nights without "great" sleep will have to do.

Anyway, I have big goal coming up. We're having a beach weekend trip in less than a month (October 12). I want to be 190 lbs by the that trip which would coincide with the end of this log. I WILL REACH THAT GOAL!!!

Alright sorry for the lack of updates, I have been sick and been studying for my organic chemistry test. I aced that test and got back in the gym on thursday and friday.

Leg day was great. I put up 3 plates and they felt awesome. Strength is moving up again. Libido hasn't been as high as it as been but I'm pretty sure being sick might have been something to do with that.

Aggression has been awesome. I love the feeling of going to a bar on the night of a workout because I still have the after effects of RPM. I'm of course completely sober, but I get a higher alpha male mentality picking up girls.

Going with a little different rep scheme...yeah its not much just with some exercises switching it up to 6 or 8, but I don't want anything drastic on a calorie deficit. Got a crazy back pump on this workout on Friday. I know strength would have been a lot better but I was aiming for a short workout because I had to get a lot of stuff done yesterday(driving 4 hours before a storm). I got mostly 30 sec breaks between all sets and exercises and finished in 30 min instead of my usual 50 min. I'd say it was a pretty damn intense workout.

Again, like the previous, libido hasn't been as high. I will say this...after switching to 12 does... I've had some wacky ass dreams. I've not betting getting those "awesome ones" but instead I wake up in a fury about like wanting to beat up the pizza man because he gave me the wrong toppings on my pizza. Seriously, that's weird on two levels...I haven't eaten pizza in forever and I don't want to beat up delivery men!

Sleep has been excellent, and libido has returned back to that boosted level. I think it was just that I was a little sick.

Today, I didn't have my best workout. I actually was weaker today. I didn't bust as much weight as I should have on the bench. Hell, I've still gotten a lot stronger when I first started this log, so that still says a lot.

Pictures just show how much progress that I have to go. This motivates to make sure that I have a damn good looking body by Spring break. Still got plenty of months and time for dedication!

Man legs keep on getting stronger. It really is amazing at how strong they've got during this log.

For some reason, I did a late night workout aka 7 pm and I felt much more intense with the RPM. I was like going crazy in the gym.

Great pump today. I had the bicep veins popping out for the first since I was lean back in March.. I've been getting only 7 hours of sleep the past few days so it hasn't been that deep.

Nothing else to report other than when waking up...my arm has been numb with the asleep feeling. Probably not igf-2 related but only thing that has been different.

Great workout. Shoulders still feeling strong and got 165. I put some deadlifts back into my routine and they felt great. Glad that I put these guys back into the routine.

All effects have been maintained at the same elevated level. I was reading on someone commenting on how IGF-2 improved their skin...I haven't noticed such effects. I don't have acne or anything but I have the same oily spots and such on the face.

Can't really report anything new from yesterday. Feeling same effects... I think some of the heightened libido has leveled off though in the past week. Strength hasn't increased in a while, but been maintained which is still absolutely excellent thing since losing 13 lbs.

Getting to the final week of this log, and I can't say anything except wow I've been loving the recovery and strength of my legs. It has been exceptional. Strength has increased again in the legs, and I've got to say something about the RPM today. I worked out late tonight, and I was tired all day. I popped the RPM in and I was ready to go. RPM is a lifesaver whenever I don't have what it takes and I can go just kill some squats.

Great ending for one of the final workouts on this log. Shoulders were pumped as **** and I got a nice workout. I was really tired after doing the power cleans and I usually don't make my shoulder workouts intense but these powercleans got me real tired.

Libido and mood has been the same level

This weekend I took my last IGF-2 doses. I have to say that I feel like accomplished a lot with this log. In 2 months, I lost about 12 lbs. I was hoping for a couple more, but I didn't have the time for additional cardio during the last 2 weeks.

I'm going to post a final review soon, but I have midterms this week so bear with me. I'll also put final measurements. I would pictures again, but I doubt there'll be any noticeable difference.

I will be starting a DRIVE log next week so look out for BIG THINGS!

Composition Comments
I really have to say that IGF-2 did what it promised as an anti-catabolic aid. I dropped 14 lbs and gained strength during this log. I didn’t have an accurate pair of calipers to track exactly how much weight and muscle, but I’m sure that I barely lost any muscle. Never really dropped this much weight in 2 months without losing some major strength and muscle. I wish I could say that IGF-2 made me ripped, but that’s going to take a while for me at least.

Strength Comments
I really have to say this is one of the places where IGF-2 shined for me. IGF-2 really hit during the 2 week period of taking this supplement. My lifts rose dramatically while losing weight. At the final week (seventh week), my lifts sort of leveled off and dropped in places like my bench. Overall, I have to say that my legs DEF put on some muscle and got stronger. Measurements for them didn’t drop while I lost weight.

Other side effects
I noticed the sleep effects at week 2. I was kind of doubtful leading up to it, and you can even look at the first 2 weeks of the log. But when it hit, IT HITS! No acne issues or anything like that. I did have some good heightened libido during the log but that seemed to have leveled off after the sixth week. I’m guessing my body might have gotten used to it by then.

I will be def using this product again. Most supps have some kind of side effect that you have to drudge through, but IGF-2 had no such thing.
