yea i will in about a month (or when the log ends). I actually took some progress pictures today and I have made some great progress for being on a bulk. I am leaner in the abs and slighty more vascular.

I never took RPM on my off days...hehe

I'll be going on vacation on the 8th and will be gone for about 5 days. I will be taking my supplements but I'm not sure on the timing since I will be on vacation. I will be doing a lot of runnin and swimming though. I'll be going through a ton of protein powder as well since my normal food will not be available.

Man i just fat'd out these last 2days with no supps or training at all. I feel bloated and worthless. I have probably consumed about 1,000 carbs since friday after noon.

So dont feel bad about not being on track. I need to get back on it also!
Yeah shyt happens..

I just bought a 1-month gym membership today so I need to make that $60 I just spent motivate me to stay on track.

Yeah it boosted my confidence. That was box squats right? I was actually repping out 455 last summer but the box had to have been way to high for me height.

Yeah I am starting a 6-8 rep routine (homemade) starting on Monday becuase I need a quick 30 min. workout before school starts every morning.

Final Week

Sorry about the lack of updates. I have been working out but too lazy to log them. I didn't forget to take my supplements though.

My training has changed. I am now on Shawn Lebrun's program that is basically 2 heavy sets of 4-6 reps. I like this program and the high rep is boring me. This week I was testing my numbers making sure I wan't going to high or to low with the weight. I found a good starting point so far.

*I will be ENDING this log on Sunday. I will do cardio on Sunday and that will be my last workout of the log. I do have some leftover supplements but only about 4 days worth. Pictures, measurements and my final review will be posted on SUNDAY!!

RPM - Aggression wasn't great but my energy was nice. Endurance sort of lacking

My Final Review

After my 7.5 week journey with RPM and NeoVar: Recomped, I feel I have made great strength increases as well as putting on a respectable amount of muslce and losing a few lbs of fat. My body did not transform, but I did make some very nice improvments to my body. So now, here is my review..

RPM - RPM is a fantastic stimulant based product that got me going in the morning. I was for the most part, mentally pumped and physically ready to tear the weights up. High rep routines are very boring and exhausting but I feel RPM got me through the long workouts while helping me increase my strengh steadily each week.

*I set a personal record of 225lbs on the bench press this summer that was mentally hard to achieve but RPM helped me push the weight up.

Overall Rating

Energy - 10/10 - I never had a workout where I felt like crap (as long as my diet was in check)
Endurace - 9/10 - First time doing a high rep routine and it helped me get through it
Aggression - 9/10 - Most of the time I wanted to rip the weights apart with the agression I had.

NeoVar: Recomped - NeoVar allowed me to eat more carbs and not pay for it. I think I may be carb senitive and NeoVar made those carbs go to work. I leaned up in the abs a little bit and possibly lost some bf.

Overall Rating

Pump - 9/10 - Not sure which product gave me a better pump but I usually had a solid pump in all my workouts.

Recomp - 7/10 - I got a little leaner on this recomp and hopefully you can see the differecne in my pictures.

Recovery - 8/10 - I recovered fairly well from my workouts however some days I was just too sore to lift.

Question and Answer

Q - Would I buy RPM again?

A - In a heart beat!

Q - How about NeoVar?

A - Maybe stacked with Anabolic Pump. Somewhat disappointed about the 'pump' but my carbs may not have been proper? (Rice, Pasta, Bananas, Milk, Whole Wheat Bread, and Corn) Possibly use Oats or WMS next time?

very nice RR10. you didnt get much 'bigger' however the cut in your arms and vascularity in your shoulders are something to be proud of.
if i were to make a suggestion...begin a bulk...put on at least 10 lbs (not ALL fat) but a bit of it. get some meat on you so that you have something to build on.
you obviously have the dedication and perservation to stick with this. bulk for the next 3-6 months. dont make it a clean bulk....dirty it up get some fat on you.

take it easy bud.

yeah overall I didn't change much. I did get a little bigger all around though because I took measurements (like you said).

I'm cutting / recomping right now (more of a cut) becuase I want abs. I will then do a bulk for 5 months and hopefully be about 170lbs but hopefully 11% BF.
