Ended up doing cardio becuase my weight room was closed! I completley forgot it was closed on thr 4th but I am ticked off!!!!!!!

I still had a great cardio session. Ran 2 miles, rested 3 minutes, ran another lap and then stopped becuase of my stomach problems..(explained below)

I seriosuly had so much freakin energy it was scary. I love the new dosing from Distilled Water. Reps to you bro!

No it was because I had 2 cups of milk. Very stupid...my body can't handle that much dairy.

Well I would have had more volume to my workout if I wouldn't have benched today. But I really wanted too. After months of failing I finally put up 225lbs without assitance of any form. It felt good and light (which suprised me) becuase usually I drop it after 2 seconds. Theres something in RPM that I love.

Not sure yet. I feel that I am getting a better workout in the same amount of time but doing much more work. I wasn't 'feeling' my lifts when i followed the 4-6 rep program.

Yeah my body adapted to the routine and I needed to stimulate some new muscle which I have. My chest feels harder than ever before.

haha I almost poop'd my pants when I saw he was in the AL lead for HR's. Once that roided out freak haffner gets back and martinez he may actually hit even more!

Hafner is overrated. He hits .250 yet is our 3 hitter? what ever happened to the 3 hitter being the best hitter.

This would be my fantasy lineup for CLE..

Looks good on paper. Only problem is they play on grass.

What about LaPorta? I have a few buddies that played against him in college and he's sick good. He's hitting about .300 with 20HR and 28 2B in AA. I think he'll make a splash during september call ups.
He needs a little more time. I didn't consider him though. They played against him? Damn thats sweet..

ya i know what you mean from the max ot workout i am actually following now has been giving me amazing gains, i am up to like 180 now from eating lots and following max-ot, once my gains stop i am probably goinna follow what your doing.

My legs were shot on Thursday and couldn't do much off anything. Walking was a challenge at work.

Friday the gym was closed and I was still VERY sore and needed to rest for my playoff game.

Saturday was the playoff game and felt good. We lost, but I went 3-4 with 3 RBI's and pitched a shutout inning of relief..

Sunday was my final off day.

After 3 week Review

Making a few changes..

1. I will be switching from a 3/3 dosing to 4/4 becuase I do not want to have left over pills before school. Plus, I want to get the very best of NeoVar.

2. I will do cardio 2-3 times/week. Once on Tuesday and either Saturday and/or Sunday. It will be about 30 minutes of low intensity jogging..

3. I will start post my daily calories so everyone knows where I stand with my food consumption.

4. I will be doing abs 2 times per week instead of 1 so I can really strengthen the core.

Great News!

I just got a free 2 week membership at the only gym within walking distance of where I live. I now won't be missing workouts becuase of how early/late they are open till. It is a very nice gym and am looking foward to be lifting there for the next couple of months.

Even though I lifted tonight, I went there and did about every exercise I could for about an hour. Kept most of the lifts light with some heavy lifts. Good stuff!!
