Today Shoulders
My side delts are a weak point for me as were my rear delts a few years back (I have brought them up to respectable) so after reading and article in Muscular Development this month I thought I would concentrate on my middle delts few at least the next few months.

Dumbell Side Lateral Raises (1) 10x10 (2) 10x12 (3) 10x13 (4) 10x14 (5) 10x15 - Superset with
Machine Side Lateral Raises (1) 5x6 (2) 5x7 (3) 5x7 (4) 5x5 (5) 5x5
This workout was about 5am this morning, I write this at 6:30pm, I have to say my delts are sore already.....I think it is working!!!
Breakfast - AM Supplements
No Work today so at 10am I headed to Planet Fitness for some Abs and Cardio (They have an ab machine that works better than anything else I have ever tried for my abs!!
35 minutes on the Eliptical (Heart Rate 152 BPM) and about 10 minutes of ab work
Nutrition
I did not keep track of what I ate today, but I am proud of the moderation I showed !!
I used the last of my Get Diesel JP8x Hardcore yesterday, so I thought I would give this a try today, I won it in some promo about a year ago. Good Energy and Focus but no real pump, I will give it a try again tomorrow and add in a scoop of Get Diesel NOS Ether!!
