I have not done legs for 3 weeks due to knee pain, I really wanted to squat (light) today, but I thought it might be best to not do it.

I have noticed no sides yet from this stack yet, blood pressure is good, no lethargy, life is good!!

Have you thought about RDLs while your knees are pissy? They'll do nothing for quads but they are awesome for ham, glute, and some low back development (plus grip if strapless).

Goodmornings can be used a lot in the same way but I find I can get more of an emphasis on my hams w the RDLs while GMs are more erectors.

Have you thought about RDLs while your knees are pissy? They'll do nothing for quads but they are awesome for ham, glute, and some low back development (plus grip if strapless).

No prob, been going thru the exact same thing. Unfortunately just had to finally rule out even a 2-3" high boxsquat yesterday as the violent outward forcing of the knees is still too much. Think I just need a break from knee flexion under load for a month.

Competition, straight leg, and Romanian pulls all are fine for me though so just going to focus on that!

Why lighter weight on side and not rear? Are you getting headaches any other time of day of just at night?
I have a lot of pain in my shoulders doing side laterals, I chalk it up to too many & too heavy Behind The Neck Presses in my younger years. Rear Laterals cause me no pain at all. Yes the headaches are only at night.

Headaches induced by dehydration maybe? Coconut water may help.
I drink a lot of water and have several glasses before bed time.

Have you tried sleeping with the head of you bed elevated? Something as small as a 2x4 under the head of your bed could in theory release some head pressure during the night

It would ne worth a try, but the headache only started since starting this stack.

Nope. Coconut water is better hydration and has potassium which would help you out.

If you notice I go embarrassing light on anything I have to lift my arms over my head, other than that I do OK.

My goal was 5 sets of 20 for 100 total, but after all those weeks away from squats, I need to loosen up a bit, I am a hurting pup this morning, but being the fool I am I Like It !!!!

I usually take Sundays off but thought I would get in 30 minutes on the Treadmill to day!!

Tomorrow going to up the calories a few hundred a day and try and pack on some MUSCLE!!
