I feel my bi's are my weakest body part so I give the a day of there own !
I need to start doing the same. They used to be at the top but I've slacked on them.

have you always weighed yourself daily or do you just do that during logs..?

I've never been a big fan of daily weigh ins... it effects my motivation negatively, especially
if my weight does up or stays the same. I prefer weekly weigh ins myself to see the cumulative
effect of a week of hard work..

The pumps were some of the Best/Worst I have ever had, and I love that feeling.

I have weighed my self everyday my whole life, I have log back to the 70's. I have always battled with being over weight and it is something that works for me. I understand it does not for everyone.

The pumps were some of the Best/Worst I have ever had, and I love that feeling.

I have weighed my self everyday my whole life, I have log back to the 70's. I have always battled with being over weight and it is something that works for me. I understand it does not for everyone.
I used to do it daily and probably should again. It helped me keep control of bloat too.

I really can't say I feel any stronger or harder and I have not increased the weights I have been using. However my joints feel better than they have and years and I have not lost any strength, but have dropped 9lbs in body weight in 13 days. I am very Happy with this run so far. I will be adding a BCAA to my preworkout on Monday and also to my PM/Bedtime drink (Fiber, ZMA, BCAA)

This morning was Squats and I thought I might die. I have been trying to lose a few vacation pounds and I was down another pound this morning. Sunday I was around 1500 calories and Monday & Tuesday I was under 1900, this morning after my warm up I went to the squat rack with 5 set of 15 reps in mind, after my second set I could tell having been in a caloric deficit for three day was not conclusive to maximum squatting power. I had very little energy or endurance but I am proud to say I got 4 sets of 15 and on the 5th and finial set I did 16 reps....I fought the weight and I WON !!!

Yes I am pretty happy and I believe I am hold a more water than when I start, I added a PWO with creatine at about day 8.

Went out to eat to night at a Japanese Hibachi Steakhouse, I'm sure the weight will be up with all the sodium I took in, and a few extra calories, but it was So Good !! I believe the supplement I am using are having a positive effect I look as lean as I did before vacation and am still 9lbs heavier. Looking forward to hitting my target at 175lbs, I think I will be as lean as I have been in my adult life!!

I had Steak and Salmon, Yes endurance is better joint pain is almost non-existent and body fat is dropping. I am enjoying it!

Oh I agree, Japanese Hibachi soy sauce aka salt, two Easter Dinners Ham...maybe a little salt ? and I'm sure I atr at least One Pound of Desert !!

Salt affects me so badly... I quite often will weight myself on sat morning (normally my cheat day) then do so again on sunday and 99% of the time there is at least 5+lb of increase.

Takes me about 3 days to drop it with adequate hydration, cardio and diet.

Great work so far.

Before the injury I was using 40lbs dumbbells. I still have a way to go but I am seeing progress!!

My lower back has bothering me for the last week or two, have been using Icy Hot and a Hot Tub, I thought I would do a workout today that would be easy on it.

Nothing worse than back issues! I've used a warming ointment called Tiger Balm (white formula) before starting a lifting session. It helps warm the muscles in preparation for lifts.
