This will be a mini log of 6-7 days, I am not changing any of my supplements (except adding Oxy Max XT) my Training or my diet. I will be adding (1) dose a day of Performax Oxy Max XT at about 4 pm, I am hoping it will help to curb my tendencies to snack in the evenings with out hammering my sleep.
Starting weight 187lbs
Get up a 4am take my normal Pre-workout, wait till about 4:30am begin workout, (fasted) training last about (1) hour.

I missed my 3pm shake today so my protein is down about 50grams. I feel good this is about the time I hit the snacks (7pm) and I don't feel the urge at the moment, I hope this hold up. No jitters or any bad feelings.
