This will be a mini log of 6-7 days, I am not changing any of my supplements (except adding Oxy Max XT) my Training or my diet. I will be adding (1) dose a day of Performax Oxy Max XT at about 4 pm, I am hoping it will help to curb my tendencies to snack in the evenings with out hammering my sleep.

Starting weight 187lbs

Get up a 4am take my normal Pre-workout, wait till about 4:30am begin workout, (fasted) training last about (1) hour.

Chest
Triceps
Abs

Eat breakfast, shower off to work.

Nutrition

Carb 38g
Fat 80g
Protein 148g
Calories 2008

I missed my 3pm shake today so my protein is down about 50grams. I feel good this is about the time I hit the snacks (7pm) and I don't feel the urge at the moment, I hope this hold up. No jitters or any bad feelings.

I wish I had enough to dose (1) at 11am and (1) at 4pm, I think that would be ideal. If it works and I don't have any sleep issues I will buy a bottle and try this out!

How was the first day?
1st day was good\, no jitters, in fact I could not tell I took it outside of better PM appetite control, I did have a little restless sleep, but that is not out of the normal.


In and that is super low carb!
Yesterdays diet was not my typical diet, I was eating some left overs from the holidays and using up what was in the fridge!

Day 2 - Weight 188 Not sure why I am up a pound ??

Everything once again going well, no evening binging. Work-out this morning not the best, hard to hang on to the bar when you can't make a fist.

Almost could not make it up the stairs!!!

Even got in 30 minutes of cardio and some abs after work

If you weigh yourself daily, I wouldn't put too much stock in if your weight is up or down. There are too many variables.

My wife and I go out to eat once a month with a group from Gold Gym, Diet was not pretty this evening!!

That was my Cheat Meal for the week, diet back on track tomorrow!!

Even thought body weight is up today (I'm sure due to yesterdays cheat meal) I am leaner can see a few new veins in my lower abs!!

This mornings break fast, Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Powder Pancakes with PB&J instead of syrup .
