I expect to hit a LEAN 200 pounds in five weeks, then I will cut it down to 5% bodyfat and maintain for another 10 weeks, then LEAN bulk again. The goal? 195lbs ONSTAGE at 3.5% bodyfat in less than two years.

It is my opinion that you can eat MORE and get better results with a carbless approach to bulking. Fat and protein are where it's at!The more i read this log the more i want to give "bulking" a try with a low carb approach.. Good work!

Think about it, if you need more calories, just add a protein shake or a tbsp of oil! One tbsp of oil such as olive oil contains 14g fat and over 120 calories!

Do you find that your total cals have to be a bit higher to make mass gains on a carb restricted diet, then if you were eating carbs?
What are your feelings on CKD as opposed to the CH diet?
