Legs at the Rush Gym on Wendover in Greensboro with Team Scivation athletes THE Asian Disaster Ron G., Kevin “Sparkplug” G., and NEW Team Scivation athlete Jonny Mcknight. We did a TON of volume and I will post some highlights.
Leg Extension

Leg Press
Up to 10 plates x 12 and we also did a KILLER leg press set. 6 or so sets
Hack Squat
6 sets with up to 4 plates for 20 reps
DB Lunges
3 sets with up to 60lbs
Calfs
3 sets
Cardio
60 minutes AM cardio on MT stomach with Dialene 4 and Xtend in my belly at speed 3.6 and incline zero.

This was the hardest leg workout ever! We all limped out of the gym. It was quite a contrast from our last workout at the dungeon due to the non-hardcore atmosphere, but it was amazing!
