Hello All,
Planning a 6-8 week Recomp cycle and wanted thoughts especially on two special points
#1 I just got over COVID about 2 weeks ago and had gym break, however I can tell it's impacted my cardio endurance already but it's coming back very quickly, I think I'll 'feel' normal endurance wise (pre COVID I was running about 15 miles per week on top of weights) in next 2-5 days max. However I have concerns running any PH/DS considering what COVID can do to the heart. Was debating quick blood test before starting or pushing off start date another 2-3 weeks although I feel this is a very mild Recomp and this is not my first rodeo with any of these substances. I should mention I got sick pretty bad though it was not a light case.
#2 I have a 3 month old son, with 11kt and absolved being transdermal I want to be 100% sure it cannot transfer to him after fully dry. Was thinking of maybe applying w latex gloves?
Info: 36 years old
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 208, approx 20%bf
Goal- drop 5% and get slight gain muscle and strength, improve vascularity
Plan
11kt- weeks 1-6 or 1-8, 1.5ml/day
Stano 200: week 1-2 400mg week 3-6 or 8 600mg
CEL Ecdy-plex: never had this thinking first 4 weeks unless I really like it I may grab a 2nd bottle
Organ shield throughout
NAC and Quercetin (also for gen health benefits)
PCT
*Eradicate E (I knowl w products I'm running there is much less concernsw ith estrogen hence OTC)
*Absolved- 4 weeks
*Mtest- 4 weeks
Exercise-home gym 2-4 days per week and gym gym 1-2 days (depends w baby when I can sneak out lol)
Cardio: 20 miles per week, 4-5miles 4-5* per week
Diet: shooting for approx 1800-2200 cals per day with a refeed day of 3600 cals 1*/wk aiming for 1g protein per lb bodyweight and moderate to low carb. Food will mainly be greens (kale chard arugula spinach), salad fixings (like feta cheese and grape tomatoes), 93% lean grass fed organic beef, ground lamb, boneless chicken tenders, oatmeal, high protein yogurt, collagen powder, sugar free applesauce, granola, and berries.
