What i mean is you get all these stupid teens who bulk up on 1-test and prohormones for years on end with little attention to any kind of diet and very good training regimen and before you know it they are bigger and muscular then a lot of guys who hardly use them but pay more attention to diet and training.
You know the typical teenagers and 20 somethings im talking about, big arms and shoulders but lacking in the neck back department usually and almost always lacking from the waist down. And their training routine sucks!
