Day 8 diet
1 slice whole wheat, 2 TBS PB, touch of low carb jelly
3 scrambled eggs, 1 slice whole wheat, 2 thick pieces of turkey bacon
2 1/2 scoops whey, 6 oz 1/2 percent milk, 2 TBS PB
Low carb protein bar, handful of gummi bears
grapes, fresh cut strawberries, small piece of home made zucchini bread (R3acts wife is the devil) ;-)
2 cans tuna, greek yogurt, half a medium banana (felt to guilty to finish lmao)
2 scoops whey, 4 oz 1/2 percent, 2 tbs PB
~235 protein ~170 carbs
Loved the food today and protein was spot on for where I want to be. Thought the day would end real good on carbs but my assistant's wife packed us fresh fruit and home made bread to snack on at work..... :evil: LMAO
