Lean bulk but that 167 from yesterday was not a weight I was comfortable in. That weight is after
a few carb days where I was holding water. My dry weight right now is about 165.5 which is what I'm looking to get to for pics tomorrow. I would love to get to 170 dry by the end of this run. ;-)

I'm going back to extreme diet control. It was nice to have all that good food during vaca but I'm paying for it. It has been hard to get back to as lean as I have been. I will get t back though, the hardest thing about it is I'm so stuck on wanting to gain strength right now that I've been eating like a mad man. It's working though as I get PR's every time I enter the gym! ;-)

Day 2 diet

2 scoops natty peanut butter, 1 slice whole wheat bread, 4 oz 1/2 percent milk
4 scrambled eggs, 1 slice american cheese, 1 slice whole wheat bread
14 carb 10 protein bar, beef jerky, 1 serving life saver's gummis
1 can tuna, 2 slices whole wheat, string cheese
8 oz. 1/2 percent milk, 2 scoops natty pb, 2 1/2 scoops whey

~200 protein ~125 carbs

Day 3

Day off today. Had to go pick up a table that we bought this weekend. Now cooking up steaks and lemon pepper chicken to hold me over until tomorrow. These clean up days, with the help of fat smack, are really working. I'm looking really tight and lean today. I will say so far I'm loving fat smack as far as energy goes but I'm noticing very little as far as appetite suppression. I'm not craving carbs as much these last few days which helps a lot, can't say for sure if it has anything to do with FSXR though.

I have been crashing pretty hard mid way through my shift and tend to get a slight headache with the crash. Not sure if it's from the supplements but I will continue to monitor it. Today is another low carb day so I may only take 1-2 slinshot. I'll get pictures after the gym tomorrow.

It was a good day for family time! Hung out and put the table together with my son and fiancé. Cooked up a bunch of protein! One of those days that you need every once and a while. Back at it again tomorrow though! ;-)

I know how you feel my other boy is only with me a week a month, it's hard not seeing him all the time. When I do though I make sure to make the most of the time. Just sucks when you work a 7 day a week job. :-(

Just put an order in for whey, slinshot and calipers. Good price on slin right now so I had to pick up a bottle. I will take some measurements when I get the calipers too.

Have yet to try ap. I just saw that the slin was still at a pretty low price compared to last time I got it so I tend to stick with what I know works.

Day 4

Weight 167, thought it would have been down a bit but not complaining at all!

Back/cardio/abs. Lower back got tweaked a bit carrying the table up to my third story apartment but besides that felt fresh and high energy today. Took a fat smack with 3/4 scoop of muscle marinade and it really felt good. I may have spoke to soon with the no appetite suppression because yesterday it seemed to help me get through a 3 1/2 hour stretch of no food. I usually am dying on a low carb day after that long with no food.

Dosed 4 recycle, 1 slinshot and 3 dpol about 45 mins pre-workout.

Marinate your chicken in any marinade... Teriyaki, Italian dressing, anything dude they make pre made marinades in the condiment aisle. Lemon garlic, lemon herb, Santa fe chili so many... Buy bulk chicken add the marinade freeze it easy meal. Tuna - lawrys garlic salt with parsley in it. That should get you started ; )

Agreed bro! Just put down a 1lb breast of chicken with the teriyaki marinade. Plain chicken will make me gag at this point

Same here. I buy a ton of chicken and different marinades, marinate and freeze them individually in ziploc bags, then pick a different flavor to eat each day of the week. I have enough marinades that I don't get sick of it.

I really like the packets (not cans) of tuna... The smoked one tastes really good and I'm pretty sure nothing really added..

Yea that is updated, fell victim to copy and paste updating on my phone. Forgot to delete the Incline and close grip. That was from last weeks workout. Had PR's on every lift I did today. Love fat smack bro!

I think I'm going to keep going at this carb/protein ratio for a while and see how cut it can get me. My wings were looking sick today and I noticed a big difference just in the last 24 hours. Makes it a lot easier when I'm working everyday I had too many carb days straight when I had my vaca time. I think fat smack might be perfect for a person with my type of diet, we'll see what a notice in the next few days.

If only they know what happens when diet is dialed in AND THEN add the supplements! Its night and ****ing day as you well know! I'm glad we are on the same page with this because I am a firm believer in growing with nutrition!

Let's say I get shít for sleep the night before I know this so I up my cals accordingly and i'm still able to progress in the gym every workout dude. Its unreal! Food is the most anabolic thing on earth people who don't utilize it properly are sorely missing out!
