Delts & Traps

DB Military Press-60X10, 65X5, 70X5, 75 X5, 80X5

Shrugs Hammer Strength Machine-Starting weight-18lbs--4 plates each side X 10, 5 X 10, 6 X 8 drop to 3 plates each side X 21

Cable Front Delt Raise-40lbs X 15, 50lbs X 11, 30lbsX fail drop to 20lbs X fail.

Overhead press- 90lbs X 10, 11, 10

Dosed the Assault at 1 and 1/2 servings and got a good pump in my delts, a nice niacin flush from the beta alanine. My shoulders seemed to last forever. Dosed Bulletproof, I dont even remember falling asleep haha. I love bulletproof.

Thanks for stopping by dude! People that waste my time in the gym are not cool lol.
My favorite are when people take my squat rack to do barbell curls, or pull ups. Fukcing ridiculous! :lmao:

Great log so far! Bulletproof sounds amazing :D

Im not gonna lie at the gym I work out at I dont feel bad taking the squat rack for barbell curls. Most of them cant even do a proper squat anyways haha. But i definitely hear ya. Bulletproof is a real solid product. Definitely worth a try.

BB FLAT- 135 for warmup, 185X5, 225X5, 225X5, 230X5, 185X11

Incline DB-75X10, 80X10, 85X9--->drop to 45X10

Cable Fly's-50X15, 60X10, 60X10-----> 30X10

Dips-BWX15, 13, 11

Skull Crusherz EZ bar-25lbs each side X 10, 10, 35lbs each side X8 (after every set closegrip benched it till failiure)

Rest Pause Tri Pulldown-150lbsX10---->drop to 60lbsX10

BB Curl-95lbsX10, 115X10, 115X8

Preachers-40lbs DB X10---->drop to 50lb barbell X16,40lbs DB X10---->drop to 50lb barbell X12, 40lbs DB Hammer X10, 50lb barbellX 15 and one negative.

Workout felt real good. Endurance was up. Had no problem working out chest and arms. My bench is up so I am glad about that. I thought I was gonna be much more sore when I awoke the next day but i think Bulletproof kept that underwraps. Dosed the Assault at 1 1/2 servings 20 minutes before.

yeah! my tris were so sore after the workout, i woke up and thought they were gonna be hurting but they werent bad at all! Thanks for stopping in dude, looking forward to seeing your final write up

Today my squats felt really strong. I have been doing them on a machine for awhile because I have been having problems with my knees. This was the first time I had done regular BB squats in like 3 or 4 weeks. Unfortunatley my back had to get use to having that weight on there so my dead lifts were effected by it indirectly. My endurnace was strong each lift and sometimes even on my last set i found enough energy to do more then I thought I could!

These last couple nights I have been off Bulletproof and my quality of sleep has been sub par. Really looking forward to going back on it tonight and to just get knocked out.

I am done with assault, i will probably wait til my bulletproof is gone to give my final review!
