Now regarding PE i used Aromasin for 2 months. That completely eliminated my PE i could last for as ****ing long as she wanted it! On climax it was also the most powerful ones i've ever had. Anyway its extremely powerful so you need to do blood work with the dosing. All in all the problem is my SHBG is way over range, i have testosterone a good amount over range and my free testosterone is low normal. So that is the problem SHBG and free test.

Right now im going to do the sex hormone analysis with DUTCH and go from there. This is the best and most accurate testing by far. I would say the majority of peoples PE problems are physiological rather than psychological.

Drugs don't fix anything they just mask the symptoms or eliminate them (while your taking them) if that's the cause of the problem e.g. hormonal imbalance. I'm looking at the root cause, not band-aid effect.

Who cares? If it works, it works. It obviously causes you a great deal of anxiety, so just do what you need to and stop looking for the perfect solution.

Also, I've experimented with diphenhydramine for delaying orgasm -- it works really well. You just have to find the dose that doesn't make you drowsy, or build up a tolerance to the drowsy effects. If you took 25 mg every night before bed for a week, by the 8th day, 25 mg wouldn't really make you sleepy anymore but would still have the central effects on serotonin and histamine that will delay ejaculation.

I'm not an idiot. When I offer advice, you should take it.

As i said when i used Aromasin my PE went away! So that's what i'm testing at the moment androgen & estrogen metabolities, SHBG etc. If i'm having a form of estrogen dominance that's what it comes down to.

Here are what my labs look like:

Total Testosterone: 41.4 nmol/L (8.0 - 30.0)
SHBG: 213 nmol/L (17 - 66)
Free Testosterone: 207 pmol/L (170 - 500)

Im aware of most of what you said. Im not on TRT this is my natural production. On Aromasin orgasms we're strong as **** so estrogen levels we're being modulated positively. Im not looking to drive E1 and E2 down just get them in range. Current E2 numbers i don't have need to do the testing.

Then high E2 is your problem. Aromasin won't crush E2 if your production is natural, it will bring it into range. Also, aromasin only affects E2. If I were you, I would just take 25 mg/day and go from there. If you get symptoms of low E2 (fatigue, achy-dry eyes, dry skin, joint pain, low mood) then back off. Labs are good, but subjective feelings are better. I feel best with an E2 around 40, around 10 and I feel like I'm dying. Everyone is different.

I just checked some more sources, you're right -- exemestane does suppress E1. Some studies say more than the suppression of E2 and some say less.

Dried urine testing with DUTCH is the way to go. I ended up doing it but all the results came back false high because i drank too many fluids during the day. You have to keep fluids to a minimum to get maximal accuracy with this testing which i only know now.

Regarding Aromasin 25mg a day is extreme overkill. 25mg a day or 12.5mg ED or EOD is for steroid junkies. For the average person 2.5mg M/W/F is a starting dosage used clinically and go from there.
