well today starts week 3 MF's
-Weights about the same as last update
-No crazy difference in appearance but I'm literally pumped and veiny 24/7
-Dropped creatine the past week, will introduce in pct
-strength increases are evident. I'm kind of dialing back the volume and just trying to pound out more heavy sets still at 10-12 and then finish bodybarts with super sets to failure and drop sets and other finishers
-I feel like I can balls out train every single day but I know that's not good so I gotta be sure to take my rest days. Basically still 3 on 1 off 3 on 1 off etc.
-I was doing chest/back, arms, legs, repeat but these next couple weeks I'll do chest/bic, back/tric, legs/should, rest, chest/tric, back/bic, legs should, rest.
-I'm getting tighter and dryer, I don't do near enough abs so I'm starting to prioritizing them buy doing them first and just doing a couple sets every day.
-still doing 20min of stairs, sometimes 30. Met guy who is on one of those ABC weight loss shows, dudes lost over 200 lbs and is now competing in natty bb shows. super motivating and awesome to see.
-I never take protein or intra or post workout supps, but I wonder if it would make a difference if I got some protein and simple carb to slam after my workout?
-Kinda wish I had another bottle to dose at 30mgs a day instead of 20 but we still have another 3 weeks
-next cycle thoughts??
-so far so good on the sides, feel pretty good, way more positives than negatives.
-I'll get some more pics up this week.
