Wait, Wait...you're feeling "pumps" already?
I'm not. :/

Feels like I'm just cruising along. Majority of my lifts have had a nice increase.
Yeah not back pumps but sick gym pumps and like overall pumped look/feeling all day. Hard to say if it's 100 from the msten or not though because my diet has been a little different. You're on week 4 correct? How long are you going for?

I'm starting week 4 this weekend. Im shooting for 7wks, but Im also going off of how i feel also so maybe 8. Im going to bump it up to 40 just to see how it goes. So far it's acting just like my prior Halo cycles that were also LGI'S. Nothing to get all worked up about just cruising along with steady increases. Not that it's a bad thing when you read about people and their back pumps and lethargy etc., LOL.

ha yeah I'm such a hypocrite. But thanks man. I've definitely fallen off the fit wagon a few times, either got super skinny or fat but admittedly it hasn't ever been too tough to get back on track.

Could somebody describe what "back pumps" are and how they feel? I know they might show up with msten and I understand taurine but I haven't been taking it until I feel the pumps, took this approach to make sure the msten was legit.

Like your lower back is swelling and its debilitating. Hdrol is the only thing that did iy to me. Fight through it if you can. Almost reminds me of how i feel after high rep deadlifts

Well yesterday and today I've noticed significant strength increases that showed up out of thin air. I do not train for strength but decided to chase some numbers....yesterday I was DB curling 60s for 5 when normally I can barely do one set of 50 for 5. Then today I smashed out 135 standing mil press for a couple sets of 5, it was cake. I was also hitting 90lb DB shoulder presses for 5 and 90 lb plate hammer strength Iso shoulder presses for 8-10. I'm never anywhere close to those numbers. Week 3 will officially begin on Tuesday the 19. From now on I'm going to start putting more weight on the bar. My weight has actually dropped, I'm now 208. Which is okay with me, I feel great and am looking better every day

This may look backwards to you but if you haven't done it you're missing out. My legs are devastated.

You definitely can get stronger on cycle while loosing weight. Thats all diet. Ive maintained the same weight through a cycle while getting stronger and losing a notch on my belt. Id almost perfer that effect, muscles growing waist shrinking gives that illusion of size. Ive looked way bigger at 180 ripped then 210 outta shape.
Couldn't agree more. Like I said earlier I'm kinda tryin to keep it lean, which msten is pretty dry as it is. I'm liking the effects this far. I'm just trying to look better but the strength increase is a nice bonus. I've been a swassy 250 before but now at 208ish everyone thinks I got so much bigger ha

well today starts week 3 MF's

-Weights about the same as last update
-No crazy difference in appearance but I'm literally pumped and veiny 24/7
-Dropped creatine the past week, will introduce in pct
-strength increases are evident. I'm kind of dialing back the volume and just trying to pound out more heavy sets still at 10-12 and then finish bodybarts with super sets to failure and drop sets and other finishers
-I feel like I can balls out train every single day but I know that's not good so I gotta be sure to take my rest days. Basically still 3 on 1 off 3 on 1 off etc.
-I was doing chest/back, arms, legs, repeat but these next couple weeks I'll do chest/bic, back/tric, legs/should, rest, chest/tric, back/bic, legs should, rest.
-I'm getting tighter and dryer, I don't do near enough abs so I'm starting to prioritizing them buy doing them first and just doing a couple sets every day.
-still doing 20min of stairs, sometimes 30. Met guy who is on one of those ABC weight loss shows, dudes lost over 200 lbs and is now competing in natty bb shows. super motivating and awesome to see.
-I never take protein or intra or post workout supps, but I wonder if it would make a difference if I got some protein and simple carb to slam after my workout?
-Kinda wish I had another bottle to dose at 30mgs a day instead of 20 but we still have another 3 weeks
-next cycle thoughts??
-so far so good on the sides, feel pretty good, way more positives than negatives.
-I'll get some more pics up this week.

Just started msten today. 20mg/day for 6 weeks. Getting my organ and liver supports today and tamoxifen on the way for pct. I'm also a believer in herbal teas for cholesterol, blood pressure, and detoxification.

Currently 6'1 210ish at 22, pics of me in profile and intro thread, will post pics week to week comparing to week one. I know I could swass bulk but beach season is upon us so I'm trying to make some lean gains. Hoping to be a decent 215 when it's all said and done.

I train 6 days a week high volume 3 on 1 off 3 on 1 off etc. Chest/back, legs, arms, rest, repeat. I usually do 20-30 minutes on the stairs depending on how I look and feel.

I've never pinned but have done various andro and sarm cycles over the years. You won't like my nutrition strategy but it works for me. Basically, I eat clean every 2-3 hours but I eat intuitively. So I might go nuts on carbs one day but then back off for the next couple days. I eat when I'm hungry and eat till I'm satisfied. Mostly about 5-7 mediumish meals per day. Usually it's 2 meals of eggs and oatmeal, 2 chicken rice veg meals, and 1 fish rice veg meal, and then some greek yogurt and frozen berries.

Follow along if you want, constructive criticism is more than welcome.

Well everything's going fine. Just letting y'all know I'm still plugging away. Food is good. Training is gojng well but it's getting boring so I'm going to hit everything 3 x per week starting tmro. I'll lay it out for you when I get to a computer. I'm basically just dryer and more vascular. Weight is still 208-210ish. Strength gains an volume loads are evident on everything as with recovery so that's why I'm increasing the frequency. Still eating like a machine.

I don't believe I'm experiencing any sides but the past couple days I've felt lethargic as ****. Not sure if it's from minimal sleep or what. Lethargy hit me like a train during my lgd/mk677 cycle so I know what it feels like. We'll see over the next feel days.

Also, need to get a new pre. Thought about cutting the stim but I feel great with it I'm thinking mesomorph? I also want to get some research cialis or viagra for vascularity since I'm veiny AF. What are your guys' thoughts??

When you take stims to counter the lethargy are you noticing high BP at all? I get tension headaches when I take caffeine and I'm on some Epi. I just try to counter the lethargy with a nap lol

I wish I had time for naps! And no I don't have any high blood pressure symptoms but I also don't have a monitor or go get it officially checked. I just like addicted to caffeine or something. I also started gojng first thing in the morning at 6am so I need that kick. But nah I don't get headaches or anythjng. And like I said earlier the lethargy has just been the past couple days so hopefully some nice rest will do me good

If lethargy kicks in hard enough with no test base some times nap is the only option. I couldn't stay awake for 12 hours straight first time I ran msten :/

I hit everything 3x this week so starting on sunday it was chest/back/legs, then monday was shoulders/arms, and it just alternated like that. So today saturday is a rest day even though Im dying to get into the gym. The pumps in general are just absolutely sickening, I've never been this veiny in my entire life. I'm going to be maxing on flat bench tomorrow so we'll see where that's at. Last night I was ripping out sets of 15-20 wide grip pull-ups. Side note, met this kid who's pretty jacked at 19 and he just got on TRT, I wanna say he said he was doing 100 of test p every other day. I gotta be honest, i don't think i'd ever pin illegally but if I could get it prescribed, cruise at trt level and cycle orals? That would be nice but my levels are probably fine.

Sunday: chest back legs pyramid sets or 5x5
monday: arms pyramid or 5x5
tuesday: chest back legs hypertrophy 8-12
wednesday: arms hypertrophy
thursday: chest back legs high rep super sets
friday: arms high rep super sets

That's a rough idea. So I'm trying to focus on frequency and then alternate rep schemes and intensities. obviously you couldn't hit a 40 set ball busting back workout 3x a week. since the frequency is high I'm kind of dropping the volume and going for slightly shorter workouts. Totally by feel and so far I feel great. That way when i come off the msten, I'll drop back down to a normal workout load and frequency. I think I have 2 weeks left of capsules.

Looking great man, but please skip the trt plans. Trt is not a reward bro. It is an unfortunate price to pay for being irresponsible.

So would you say msten is better for bulking or recomping? I ran msten with dmz and wasn't to impressed. I actually gained more with dmz and Max lmg

I don't have enough experience to say for sure. If you upped the dose and the calories it would do you some good for bulking. I'm kind of in recomp mode and it's nice

I think 20 was good to start, we'll see how 30 goes. I would say dose will be dependent on user (size, cycle history) and brand. I've read feedback where 1 brand was gtg at 10 but others needed 30-40....mine is super powers from flex....it'll also depend on your goals. I was just kinda going for recomp, literally didn't change my diet and 20 mg was fine. Also, it'll depend on cycle length and what you're stacking it with but I'm general I would say 20 is a good place to start.....I saw once that msten has a shelf life of 6 months but I could be way off on that. It'll pry depend on how it's stored.

Gym pic taken today. Feeling pumped, grainy, and veiny. Partly thanks to the new toy I picked up Saturday. I hate watermelon flavors but the product is amazing. ALSO dropped a 45lb plate on my big toe and broke it. I have a boot for the next month. No stairs, squats, deadlifts, or calf raises. I'll still do all single leg extensions, curls, and I'll try some heel focused presses but we'll see. This happened on Sunday. The past two days I've been doing this seated bike, like a recumbent or something. It sucks because I love the stairs. Hopefully I won't get fat.
