As jamesm11 said yesterday, both he and jonrubio are also logging the same product so you can follow those logs if you are still curious about Prodigy. That's what I am going to do. The rest is beyond our control.

Now now Jon I asked for the source of science, not for a steroid. I pride myself on not running those kinds of things at such a young age

Now now it seems I have a lot to cover so let's start rolling with this.

Day 5 at 1/2 a scoop was on Tuesday 8/7:

Deadlift day:

Warm up:
125x5 (Romanians stretching hammies)
135x5
155x5

Working sets:
175x3
200x3
225x3+5 total of 8 reps. PR (used to be 225x5)

Proceeded to do Hamstring extensions at;

(110x20)x5 so total of 100 reps.

Prone hamstring curls:
(100x20)x5

Hanging leg raises
5 sets BW till failure (ranging from 18-23 reps). All reps all the way upside down touching shins with the bar as holding lets straight.

This was from 7am to around 8:10am, after getting out of work at 4:30pm came back (still cruising on good energy without crash) and did:

Front squat:
(135x10)x5
Reason for this sets was that I had a lot to vent out that day and well...I don't like to take it out on people anymore.

Wednesday was a hectic work/rest day.

Thursday 8/9 first day at a full scoop.

Bench press day.

Warmup (usually do it wider grip and practicing explosiveness with a 3/0/1 tempo)

65x5
85x5
105x5

Working sets:
115x3
135x3
155x3+6 total of 9 reps.

Shoulder assistance:
Standing OHP.
(70x10)x4
70x13

Chest assistance:
DB bench press.
(55x20)x5 I could not believe the endurance and vascularity this sets showed. I was able to complete all sets with only rest pausing or last 2.

Triceps assistance:
Tri push downs.
95x20
105x20
(115x20)x3 again enduring 3 sets at this weight was unbelievable, though admittedly I had to rest pause for 5-6 deep breaths for last 2 sets to get the last 5-6 reps.

Day 2 at 1 scoop Friday 8/10:

Squat day:
Warmup:

Jump squats
(135x5)x3 these felt amazing, pumps on the quads due to the landings was unbelievable.

Working sets:
145x3
165x3
185x3+6 total of 9 reps and PR , it increased by 4 reps.

Assistance for quads:
Leg Press.
(270x20)x5

Assistance for lower back:
Back extensions:
(BW+25x20)x5

Assistance for abs:
Same manner of Hanging leg raises, 5 sets till failure focusing on form and contraction. (reps ranged from 20 to 23 today).

Ricky's Massive Gun program. (Yes he coaches me, gotta admit my bro has massive guns and I need more strength in my arms thus advice is followed)

Bicep 15's:
(5 half bottom reps, 5 top reps and 5 full reps)
EZ bar 2 sets at 65 lbs one with close grip and one with wide grip.

Standing French press (EZ bar close grip):
(70x12)x5

Incline dumbbell curls:
25x12
30x8
30x8
25x14

Lying DB skull crushers:
25x12
30x8
35x8 (PR)
25x14

Keep in mind this are 30s and 35 dumbells on EACH hand. Will do a video for this ones, I like the pump I get here.

Super set, cable curls and single hand tri push downs.
35x12 + 40x12
40x8 + 45x8
45x8 (PR biceps) + 50x8
35x12 + 40x14

All for each arm and little to no rest needed at all. Beta alanine at work here, endurance was amazing. The first column is biceps and the second one is triceps.

Added to the program myself:
5 sets of chin ups to failure , first was 26 reps and the rest barely made it to 20.

5 sets of body weight dips for 25 reps even if rest pausing was needed.

Went home at around 9:30am and by 6:30 I was still going with good energy levels and proceeded to go out for mild 40~ minute run to vent out some stuff...the 11-12th of this month hold a certain significance for me and well... I have to keep going.

A note on cardio for Prodigy:
I was actually wary or concerned I would get palpitations or a really high heart rate, well to my surprise this has not happened thus far. Furthermore the burn I usually get on my calves after 30 or so minutes is practically gone (not that it was unbearable) and the focus...god...the focus I get at one scoop is just amazing. To be able to just zone out in the music...to just keep moving forward and focus on the next point you want to reach again and again never minding time...that's as close as "time fast-forwarding" as you can get in this life.

And yesterday, Sunday day 4 of 1 scoop:

The scoop was much needed since I went to bed at 3:30 am after visiting certain places...and ghosts of the past. Well not knowing this a dear brother of mine decides to text me at 6:02 am (wonder howitwas and howhedidit) and woke me up...still engulfed in some pain from the previous night I proceeded to get my ass outta bed and dose 1 scoop of prodigy and go out got a run to the whole Album of "A beautiful lie" by 30 Seconds to Mars. When the last song was done I had finished running...didn't check time or distance but I would say way over an hour, having only slept some mere few hours and not taking anything else, Prodigy pulled through for me and kept me going through this cardio session.
