Yeah the last couple days it really took off. I actually just ordered another bottle so I'll be upping my dose to 5-6 caps a day most likely starting tomorrow.
5-6 is my sweet spot

Thanks. I think I'll do something similar. I have a big breakfast and usually eat dinner not long after my post workout shake so I might start by taking the additional 2 caps in the morning.

Day 13 continued

I had my afternoon A-T2 and Erase on an empty stomach while at work and will be taking AB Elite in a few minutes before I head to the gym for a leg workout.

I'll be getting an additional bottle of AB Elite and will start increasing my dose tonight. I'm excited to see what differences I notice, if any, with 5-6 caps daily.

Great log so far. Putting in some legit workouts from what I can see.

I really enjoyed 4 ABE a day + 2 reg AB. Bumping up the dose should be nice, but the cortisol lowering effects of ABE were pretty strong for me even at 4 (noticed some joint stiffness). With that said you got a good amount of poundage on me so you should be fine. ;)

Thanks bolt. I saw and was very impressed with your results from ABE. My goals for this run aren't they same as yours were, but I'm hoping for a similar level of success. I'm looking forward to what the increased dose has to offer and I'll be on the lookout for potential issues.

Tomorrow is a day off from both work and the gym and I'm looking forward to it. I'm pretty sure my legs will be in rough shape in the morning.

Thanks LTL. Yeah some of my numbers haven't been as high with the approach I've taken recently. I think I might increase the rest periods slighty as well as the weight this week.

I was able to catch up on some sleep and feel refreshed. The free time on the weekends has been huge for me with my busy schedule. My weight took a decent drop which was somewhat expected. It was 204.5lbs (+2.5lbs overall) this morning after going to the bathroom and before eating breakfast. It wasn't very realistic to think I had actually gained 6lbs in 2 weeks without adding fat or holding some water. The good news is that my weight always hits a low on Saturday after sweating like crazy at work all week and I'm still up 2.5lbs. I'm happy with the gain at this point and with the results in the mirror as well. I noticed I had a tighter/dry look this morning and muscle fullnes and vascularity are both continuing to improve.

I had 2 caps each of A-T2 and Erase right when I woke up. With the day off I took advantage of the free time and made a huge breakfast. I dosed 2 caps of ABE with it and will continue to take it throughout the day with meals. I haven't come to a decision on how I'll be dosing the rest of the day at this point. I'm not sure if I should use one cap with 3-4 meals or 2 caps twice more.

You can play with dosing, I do 2 caps 3x per day just for the convenience of not dosing a single pill multiple times.

Yeah I'll try different options on off days based on how busy I am. Today I'll be around the house and might try 1 cap with 2 of what I consider my smaller meals and 2 caps with dinner (6 total including breakfast dose). I'll stick with 2 caps 3x on workout days and on off days when it would fit my schedule better.

Thanks man. If I'm still holding any water its not much because I was looking pretty dry this morning. I'd say this is pretty close to my clean weight. I think the Prednisone for 2 days had me holding water like a sponge and things are now back to normal.

I wish I could gain over 1lb of muscle a week consistently lol.
Haha yeah after I lost all my weight I was gaining it back pretty quick once I got things under control. It's definitely becoming a challenge to keep it up at this point, but the stack seems to be helping. The couple months prior I was having trouble getting the scale to move (with lean weight).

I woke up today looking pretty lean and weighing 205.6lbs (+3.6lbs overall). I may be holding a little water from yesterday being an off day, but it doesn't look like much. My appearance seems to be starting to tighten up a bit despite the added weight.

I had my morning A-T2 and Erase (2 caps each) on an empty stomach and ABE (2 caps) with the biggest breakfast I've had in a while.

I'm about to head to the gym to work chest and triceps. It'll end up being about a hour and fifteen mins after my "pre workout' dose of ABE before I start lifting. I didn't want to rush to the gym after eating so much food.

I'm feeling great after resting all day yesterday and I'm hoping that leads to a great performance in the gym.

Thanks man, I appreciate it. The log should go beyond 4 weeks, but I'm not sure to what extent yet. I have another bottle of ABE on the way and I think that gives me about 30 days from today at 6 caps a day. I might end up grabbing a third bottle so I can run it the full 8 weeks with the increased dose. I also already have some Erase Pro that I could use to extend the log (if PES doesn't mind me going from Erase to Erase Pro while keeping the log running). I'm not sure about getting additional A-T2, but I'll see how my money situation is and figure it out in about a week. I should have some decent results at the 4 week point, but I feel 8 would be optimal.

The workout felt great and I left happy with what I accomplished. I started to get a pump in my chest a couple sets into flat bench which normally doesn't happen with the amount of reps performed. I think I have to thank ABE for that.

I had one this afternoon and will have my final dose with dinner. During the work week I'll be dosing all 6 caps 2 at a time.

Haha thanks man. I appreciate the support as always. Yeah my flat bench hasn't been progressing as fast as my incline...I'm working on it. My triceps have always been a strong point and that's probably why I love doing dips. I can do a good deal more when seperate from chest work though.

Thanks dude. The pump was a nice surprise. It's not something that I'm after when I workout, but I do enjoy it. I love the feeling of a successful workout. It always boosts my mood for the rest of the day.

My weight shot back up to 208lbs (+6lbs overall). I'm sure not working for a couple days has something to do with the gain. However, I have been pushing the calories (clean) the last couple days and will continue to do so unless I start seeing a negative impact (fat gain). I'm not too concerned about dropping any fat and would like to add as much lean weight as possible. Losing a little fat in the process would be nice though.

I had my morning dose of A-T2 and Erase (2 caps each) when I woke up about 40 mins before breakfast. My first 2 cap dose of ABE was taken with the start of my meal and the remaining 4 caps of the day will be taken pre and post workout.

It seems to be doing the job. I'm surprised how much weight I've added at this point without seeing any fat gain. I'll scale calories back immediately if I do.

Day 16 continued

I had a pretty easy day at work and have plenty of energy for the gym. I forgot my A-T2 and Erase at home, but only took it about an hour later than normal (on an empty stomach). I just had my second 2 cap dose of ABE with a Quest bar, cottage cheese, and some oats and I'm getting ready to leave for the gym. I'll be sticking with the bicep/forearm/calve/ab workout that I've done the last 2 weeks. I'm running a little late and wouldn't have time to add back work into my routine tonight.

My workout went great for what it was. I had strength increases with several lifts that I performed in the same fashion as last week. I kept the rest periods short (very short on some lifts) and focused on the negative with a few of the lifts. The pump I got today was almost instant and had my arms close to locking up on my last couple sets. Vascularity was very prominent as well which was pointed out to me by some guy at the gym.

I had my final daily dose of ABE with my post workout shake. So far the biggest change I'm noticing since moving to 6 caps a day is a definite increase in vascularity. I was seeing veins throughout my arms that I don't ever recall being there.

Day 16 continued

My workout went great for what it was. I had strength increases with several lifts that I performed in the same fashion as last week. I kept the rest periods short (very short on some lifts) and focused on the negative with a few of the lifts. The pump I got today was almost instant and had my arms close to locking up on my last couple sets. Vascularity was very prominent as well which was pointed out to me by some guy at the gym.

Breezy, your arm looks like a heart full of blood pumping it everywhere through your arteries and veins. That is a sick picture in a good way. I said this to someone else. So many good stuff out these days. You literally need a second job to get all of them.

Of course supplements only take you part of the way. These old school movements like chins. They are awesome. Ridiculous weights and dedication. No wonder I live on this forum. I rather read these updates from dedicated midis like you killing it.

Thanks fumoney! I normally have decent vascularity, but tonight was ridiculous, especially during my workout. I agree with there being some good supps available and I have a small list I'm looking forward to trying. My new second job will hopefully make it possible lol. It's all about the diet and training though...they can all be a waste if you don't know how to properly use them to your advantage.

I'm enjoying watching your progress as well. You and many others on AM show a lot of dedication which is always great to see.

Day 17

I woke up, had my morning doses of A-T2 and Erase on an empty stomach, and weighed in at 207.5lbs (+5.5lbs overall). My muscles are looking full and I still don't think I've added much fat if any.

I had 2 caps of ABE with the start of my breakfast. I'm having random days of increased hunger, but its not consistent. I ate 2 Ezekiel English muffins, 1.5 cups of oatmeal, 2 potato broccoli pancakes, 4 chicken sausages, 3 strips of turkey bacon, and a Greek yogurt this morning and instead of being in a food coma I'm considering cracking into 1 of 4 chicken breast and Ezekiel bread sandwiches I made for work. I'm wondering if this hunger will be more persistent with the increase in dose of ABE.

Nice pipes damn that's a lot of veins! I've been feeling the same with ABE just never feeling full
