This was a good workout, first time really doing standing OHP so I was happy to see that my 1 RM that I got was only 10 lbs less than the last time I tested my seated max.

Test Powder and Anabeta are in full effect, I haven't even lifted that much and am going in and hitting PRs pretty consistent. The only complaint I have right now is that the flavor of test powder gets old very quickly, I mix it with my PWO to mask it on training days, but on off days it is literally a chore to take. Anabeta is working nicely seeing strength gains, vascularity, and am consuming massive amounts of food, all standard for AB from my past experience, definitely one of my favorite supps ever.
