I’ve never done a real “cycle” before so I wanted to start with a SARMS stack/6-week recomp. My goal is to put on a few lbs of lean mass and maybe shed a little fat. I’d appreciate it if anyone has any feedback/suggestions or things to be aware of.
My stats:
30yo
160lbs
~12%bf
squat 375
bench 250
deadlift 355
powerlift 3x/week, crossfit 2x/week
mk-677 25mg ED indefinitely (at least for a few months)
ostarine starting a few weeks in: 20/20/20/20/20/20
HCGenerate during osta
Cel Pct Assist after week 6 of osta 4/4/4/4
Reduce Xt 0/0/3/3/3/3
+whey, vitargo, aminos, creatine, fish oil (stuff I’m already taking)
Any feedback/suggestions? Also I've read a ton of osta logs and I don't see any trends re: solid reliable sources. If you have a recommendation I'd appreciate a pm. Thanks
