Well went to gym today arms still sore from what has to be that tennis elbow crap everyone talks about lol. I put some Tiger Balm on **** help big time. Today I hit up 1 mile on treadmill along with arms.

Cardio: 1 mile treadmill

seated alt db curls: 30 lbs x 10,10,10

preacher curl machine: 70 lbs x 12, 60 lbs x 12,12

Hey now It had been since Dec. Since the last time I was burning extra calories like that. Had to make it worth her while for driving out for the Warrior Dash. Not like cramping and having an all night session and all day until 2:30 pm. Think I sweated more in those hours than I did killin myself at the warrior dash. LMFAO...

Was in hot area today for about 4.5 hrs in mask suit gloves and boots! Sweated a ton!! Crazy weather tonight in bama suppose to have winter like condition, then tornado weather Sunday!! I went to gym for cardio day and sauna time

Can anyone explain this to me?

So I took this test at Lifetime (the gym I use in Memphis), and I have this to show for.




Ideally i want to be about 170ish or less, I won't make the cut for the team this season (local club and divisional soccer) if I keep becoming heavy like this.

DAY 11 REST

DAY 12 ARMS

Ok guys did arms yesterday and was a great workout...after a day rest from gym and I felt like animal yesterday...everyone was at gym was staring at my arms...the pumps were incredible and they were looking huge...starting to get bit of acne and getting little desperate and but angry at work...oh well lets see what happens next coz I'll be upping my dose this Sunday...diet been good nothing junk...drinking lots of water...stamina and strength going up...veins started to pop even I'm not working out...looking lean from my belly area too...tonite is back workout and will keep you guys updated....things getting better and better...here's my workout summary :)

Walked around all day yesterday so today I decided to hit chest instead of squats. After tricep extensions my tri's were shaking. Then I attempted dips but those were rough on my wrists and shoulders. I stopped after 2 sets and finished with DB raises and abs.

DAY 13 BACK

Ok guys had a great back workout yesterday...was feeling the energy and strength thur the workout...didn't wanted to leave gym it was just feeling so great working out...after 11hrs and work I workout for 2 and half hrs and I just wanna keep going all time lol but thought my body need some rest too or it won't grow...my eyes were heavy and came home passed out lol...today I will take a day off from gym give my body a good rest and sleep so I can kill my chest tomorrow lol...diet was great all day had lots of water to drink...and today is my last day of 2nd week...tomorrow I'm bumping hella to 125mg...when I started this cycle I was 198lbs and yesterday I was 202lbs...so I'm up 4lbs but guys I'm looking way leaner then before...I'm very happy with my results....from this day I'm really looking forward coz I kno hella will really kick in and it will be really fun...stay with me guys things starting to get real lol...here's my workout summary....

Today was friggin insane!! I got up made a Tuna Omlett, and kids went with in laws for the day, while the Mrs. had to close tonight. So this afternoon I went to gym hit shoulders.

Shoulders:

Db Presses: 40 lbs x 10,10,10

Lat machine pull downs: 135 lbs x 10,10,10

Db shrugs: 40 lbs x 12,12,10

Shoulder Machine presses: 80 lbs x 10,10,10

rear delt machine flyes: 75 lbs x 12,12,12

Ok so then went down town to grab some lunch got a filet minon grilled veggies salad, and headed to the track. Did 1.5 miles then did some springs up the steps there. Went shopping for some food for the week, and pick boys up from in laws. Came home, and went back to the gym tonight for 30 minutes treadmil 1.64 miles and then hit chest are you freaking kidding me wth!!

Chest:

incline barbell presses: 135 lbs x 10, 155 lbs x 8, 185 lbs x 6

db flat bench press: 50 lbs x 10,10,10

peck deck: 100 lbs x 10,10,10

push ups 3 sets 20 reps.

All this in one day. I could go back right now if it werent for the Mrs about to rape me.

So my first attempt at logging this.

Here is what I am running for a 4 week period:

1. Alphamine: Not exceeding 4 servings of the standard scoop size a day. Typically scoop sizes are (.75 , .50 , 1.25, 1.25), I run this in such a way that my last dose is never a minute after 4pm in order for me to fall asleep by 1am)

2. Decimate: As mentioned on the bottle.

3. Forskolin: As mentioned on the bottle.

4. Pre-Wo / Intra : My Favorite Hemvaol & Compete

5. EndoSurge Turbo : 3 caps a day (not running more)

6. Staples :
Fishoil (3-5 gms a day)
Calcium / Mag / Zinc (1gm / .5gm / .5gm)
Cissus by SNS (my Knees are wrecked)

Diet : As crazy as a bag full of frogs, no discipline (I can control some aspects, others I cannot, since the Mrs is not keyed upto things)

Today's Workout : Evening 6.30pm (weekend system maintenance has had me working since I got back home on Thursday night). As a result, I have had barely 4 hours of sleep in over 48 hours. So was not feeling a 100%.

Cardio 1 : Before training : LISS 5.5mph for 20 mins (with breaks in the midst to catch my breath) ~ 235 calories
