Thanks Kat and yes the M140 will make you crazy if you aren't there already but in my case that ship had long sailed so I am right in my element. Today's workout was very intense but not in the same way lots of volume though. 5 down 5 to go. Only one more 2 a day left on Wednesday.

I can't even describe how trashed I am. Yesterday there had to be about 50 sets of legs with all the fuggin drops. I am shocked I can still walk but walk I did and today's torture started with 5 sets of 21 for sldl and 5 sets of 8 deads ... fug me!!! Reverse grip pullups and then some side laterals to finish man was I glad to see the end of this one. I still have my pm workout but this has more isolation... 7 down 3 to go. I am fuggin falling apart but you know that's not going to stop me!!!!!

Man I am just sitting here trying to get the nerve up for workout number 2. One saving grace is there is minimal compound lifting. Doesn't mean it will be easy but much more compound lifting and I'm in traction :(

You know I'm looking forward to that, keeps me going for sure. Second workout was really good, I got tremendous momentum from the first couple of exercises and I was damn strong too. Keep surprising myself my conditioning really got good on this madness.

2 marathons left tomorrow and the next day. I am going to start compensating right after that last workout, starting with some of my protein balls :)

Thanks almost done, over-training is tough. My CNS is pretty fired and that's when I get nasty :(

Like I said almost done. If you are thinking of doing this be prepared for a rough ride but it's worth it. I will be up 4-5 lbs and leaner by 3-5 lbs so that is significant results considering I was just out of PCT when I started this.

lol good one, yah I keep on forgetting about the age factor but yah I think anybody would find overreaching grueling. I boggles the mind really, how the fug is this even possible. Well if you don't follow the nutrition it's not. Because you are in a hyper state of recovery brought about by the cell expansion you have the ability to recover faster provided the nutrition is available. If not then I think I would have folded. As it is I have come close a couple times.

Mentally preparing for day 40, you're not going to believe the fuggin volume on this leg day 2 separate giant sets of 5 and 4 sets. I'm going to barf up a fuggin lung. Just in case you didn't figure out, I stopped enjoying this mid week but I still feel tremendous exhilaration at being able to complete these marathons. The fear leading up to something like this is pretty overwhelming though. Feel the fear and do it anyways!!! It helps to be nuggin futz though.

Thanks Kat, I have been hovering a bit higher body fat this year as I am not competing but I still have a good look for every day. I am getting better size this way and still within 20 lbs of competition weight so I am happy with that.

Slept 9 hours last night, I can feel myself getting bigger :) Feel really tight. Training will start back on Wednesday or Friday, depending on recovery. I am eating tons of yams and my last meal carb is parboiled rice (might change to quinoa). Take in about 330-340 grams protein a day. I am continuing with the coconut oil and fish oil for fats.

I crave healthy food more than I ever have before. Love my fuggin yams. I switch back from orange to white yams.

Ok Super Compensation almost done, I gained 0 bodyfat I may be a bit leaner even. Overall I am 3 to 5 lbs leaner than when I started. Here's the kicker though, I am up to 210 lbs!! So I am going to estimate that I am up about 7-8 lbs lean mass in 7 weeks.

Fug yah this works, this is unprecedented for me considering I am not using anabolics. Heck I was just finished PCT when this started. The ultimate test for this program if you ask me.

Fats are a little low and I can take the protein down and add in more carbs but that's the gist. I am keeping my current macros for now and just moving carbs around and cutting out breakfast.

Oh and my veggies are not included as they are freebies. I eat a lot of Kale, Brussels Sprouts, Broccoli, Spinach and Red Cabbage.

Ok about 3 days into Carb Back Loading type eating and man I can feel a difference. I have unbelievable muscle hardness, while size and leanness continue to come at a surprising rate. I am getting pretty excited about this eating style. I am a little shocked at how fast things got better. There may be several factors but I have run into some kind of perfect storm of nutrition and recovery. I feel like a fuggin beast!!

Yah I was a bit perplexed but as it turns out I have gotten quite a bit leaner lately. It's hard for me to imagine the way I am eating. I have been really loading the carbs and I still kept my Friday refeed and still I get leaner. Carb back loading is really looking like more and more of a game changer for me. I am getting pretty excited now I have found a way to put on pretty serious size without the use of anabolics.
