Off Cycle since Feb. and exhausted

I should preface this with me being a total idiot... OK, got that out of the way, and won't be offended by the slew of comments alluding to this aforementioned idiot - if I get any replies at all.

I was on 90 days - ERASE + Titanium Stack with Jack3d and coffee. This was my first cycle of anything really. Results were exactly what I wanted when combined with the proper exercise and nutrition.

~This is why I'm an idiot~
When I stopped at the end of Feb. I didn't go onto a true Post Cycle Regimen. I took multi-vitamins (which included Milk Thistle and a low dose of Trib), and DHEA for 30 days.

Well, I'm exhausted. I have been for a month or so. I have dosed enough liquid caffeine (coffee) over the last couple of weeks that the only thing better would be a direct IV drip - to no avail. I bought a new jar of Jack3d over the weekend and dosed 2 scoops this morning... and nothing (other than GID).
I'm in a funk and can't snap out of it. Tired, lethargic... I've forced myself to the gym and continue to do so. It's been a struggle.
I've hibernated some weekends too... 'til 11:00, which is not normal for me. Normally sleeping in for me is 8:30AM. (M-F I'm at the gym at 5:30AM - so it's all relative)

So, where do I go now? Your advice is greatly appreciated... Is this related to an improper post cycle regimen?

~R

Thanks - confirms I'm even more of an idiot for not knowing that. :)~

That's actually great news. So I didn't mess up!
Guess I need to know what gives with the change in energy levels since discontinuing... I assumed it's test.

To be honest dude this sounds like a mix of over training/being stimmed out man and your receptors are shot.....I'd say relax on the Stims slowly work your way down from them maybe try non stim pre workouts for energy and take a good week or two to deload

Erase and Titanium stack wouldn't cause your issues. Not to mention you've been off it for a month and a half. Something else is going on. Make sure you get your sleep in, eat right, and get off the stims for awhile. It'll suck for awhile but you'll readjust.

They have some supplements that will help reset your adrenal and reverse some of the stim tolerance, you might look into one of those products.

Revamp was the other one. I was trying to think of the names of the main ones.

Get some Revamp to help clean your receptors from the stims then after that I would still stop with the stims for a little bit longer. Get your diet in check and traning, make sure you get enough sleep. Carbs will help with lethargic.

this sounds more like stress and overtraining. Definitly not a shut down just take it easy and calm down on the caffeine. take a good look at your supplements because i dont know why you would be taking milk thistle, trib, or dhea.if your body isnt responding well to something quit taking it. I had to put my bottle of t-911 away early cuz the yohimbine was making me get hot and cold sweats plus frequent headaches. I feel a lot better now. Plus i only take stims occasionally preworkout.

I wouldn't worry about it man, you didn't know and you asked a question. I've asked plenty as well over the years. It's better to ask and learn then to never find out at all!

Revamp it is. I'm seeing Revamp on Nutraplanet with stims as a stack... seems counterproductive based on use of Revamp. Anyway, will order a bottle today.
Also, I'm on a pretty Low Carb diet for years, so not going to mess with that, but will def watch the rest.

Ericool007 - Yohimbe had that effect on me big time - hot and cold. Also, stay away from nuts/bananas/wine when taking that stuff! Can make you irritable, insane, paranoid, irrational...

Ok... I'm sure it's due to lack of marketing,, certainly not due to efficacy,, but the most under used, and/or talked about, supplement for energy on this forum and by body builders in general is ginseng... good old ginseng, with tens of thousands of years of research and data .... it's an adaptogenic supplement .. it adapts to what you need,, if you're stressed it calms you,, if you're tired it gives you energy,, it ADAPTS.... it is not a direct stimulant ... it causes your body to work more efficiently thereby using less energy ergo you have more energy... however some marketed ginsengs such as korean red(my favorite) are boiled in other herbs giving more of a stimulant effect.

lol you dont need a PCT

your adrenals are probably fatigued from heavy stim use... stims man I tell ya. I was way to much on them a few years back now I save them for cutting/shredding phases.

Just hop off Jack3d completely. That stuff makes you all sorts of crazy when you get off it. When I felt weak off stims I usually overloaded Vitamin B. Your blood pressure might also be an issue. I know people who've gotten hypertension off jack3d. I don't know why people continue to cram that into their systems :( . Hope you feel better man. Nothings worse then getting off a cycle and feeling like a slug.

I used to be into the ginseng kick back in the day. Used to buy these tiny nasty tasting vials of it down in China Town by the box. I didn't notice much, but maybe it's a cumulative effect? Good advice though - you're right. People have been touting ginseng for a long time.

I'd listen to everyone else. Your body will start to run off those stims. Just relax off the supps for awhile, maybe even a week or two off the intense training. A couple years ago I got so tired I couldn't function, everyone said it was overtraining. Went to the sleep specialist and it turned out I had narcolepsy. They loaded me up with stimulants that made me sick and lose weight so I decided to quit taking them, a few months later (after some getting used to), I felt better than I did with the pills.

Explain this please, I am a bit interested and confused at the same time.
It can precurse to Estrogen. Or other DHEA compounds... but the chance alone of it raising estrogen is enough to not take it.

Damn man - Narcolepsy? Isn't that when you're falling asleep uncontrolably? That's pretty serious. Glad you're all good now bro.

Thanks man, when they loaded me with the mess I went from 185 to 155 in a matter of two months. I'd go home every day and sleep. Couldn't eat or workout. I'm just thankful I'm somewhat better than where I was. Every once in awhile I'll catch myself relying to heavily on the supps so I can understand where you're coming from
