Yep. I honestly always keep a bottle. It definitely helps me. I'm also logging AI's 3z right now. It seems very similar. I'm not sure what the price is on it since I got it for free. What's interesting is I've always used need2sleep on a as needed basis. I'm using 3z every night and it seems to be getting better as I continue using it. I would like to try need2sleep the same way after in done with this. If you haven't tried it I would certainly recommend it. Taken about 20 mins before you lie down you'll notice your mind quieting for a bit. There's a window that I'd you hit it you'll fall asleep more easily.
