This guy at my gym was doing hammer curls, raising and lowering both arms at the same time. He would literally jump off the ground he was shaking his body so much. But it was on purpose. Like jumping jacks.you did them like this guy did, right? :crazy:

Im all sorts of fail lately haha. Weight seems to have stagnated. weighed in today 176, so up 8lbs. I guess I need to relax a little. The weight isnt the important thing, its how the weight looks. I am noticing some more vascularity which is a positive obviously. Hoping things really kick into high gear this week. Hittin some back after the Steelers poop on the Bills.

Yea I just thought I would see better strength with lower weights. I dont necessarily need to push anything heavier I just wanted it to seem a lot easier.Yeah most likely it is cause of your shoulder. You're not able to give it 100%, so obviously you can't push yourself to see those strength increases.
Cause for me as well my strength goes thru the roof on SD.

But being up 10 pounds is nothing to scoff at.
I think more strength gains will come later. With SD I'll put on size before strength, and continue to make strength gains even after the size slows down to a stop.
