reality is you have no clue and this has been demonstrated time and time again. I mean look at the current betaine thread going on not to mention all the products that were tested and found to not contain what the label claims or have too little of what the label claims.

why do you think that? i hope you are right but i think the chances of it passing are a lot higher.
Govtrack.

the important percentage is the one to make it through committee, because if it does chances are it will pass. That percentage of passing probably factors in opposition which, like JJ said, is nonexistent really.

so. why don't you think this will pass again? it will make it through commitee. why wouldn't it. congress views all ph's as drugs, they have shown that in the past. i think this bill will fly through. not because congress really cares about the health of the people they represent but so they can say they actually did something. i hope i'm wrong .

It will always baffle me as to why strawberries aren't banned (the chemically treated ones), but superdrol isn't sold beside dhea in Safeway. Furthermore, if dhea is naturally occurring and is on supermarket shelves, why do I need a prescription for pharmaceutical grade testosterone?
Thanks a lot Bin Laden.

Im no expert but I think not making it to/through committee would be mainly because of neglect. In other words, do they view it as important enough to take to the next level? I think opposition comes more into play once they have decided to act on it, but I don't know for certain and I certainly haven't worked under law.

This might put things into perspective.

most laws like this are passed with out people knowing about them.. the reason most people don't know about them is they slide them in under a larger bill/law they believe will pass that no one reads any way.. 90% of all bills/laws are never read completely ... if no one stands up to the bully he will sucker punch you every time.. it just takes people willing to stand up for what they believe in to shut these people down ,, you need a good argument / lawyer.
look drinking is worse on you liver than most AS/PS . smoking is worse to lung cancer from smoking liver damage from drinking.. but some thing that can help me get healthy and stay that way lets make it illegal.. after all I get panels run all the time to make sure im not hurting my body.. if i had the money like some of these companies I would fight this. just my 2 cent

Same here. My story is this:

Starting training
Unknowingly (sort of) took a Dienolone PH.
Started getting bigger.
Sides came. Freaked out and started researching.
Landed here. Now I keep regular checkups due to ph use and scour the web for the truth behind healthy behaviors. I now know FAR more about human metabolism and how chemicals, supplements and steroids interact with the body.

All of this because ACL had a great product that I DID NOT regret taking. Steroids can and do have a positive impact on society.

I have a similar story... This is why regulation can be a good thing if done properly. I think PH/DS and associated products should be allowed to be sold as long as they are properly labeled and have instructions on how to use them as well as there potential side effects. When I started out i was fortunate enough to realize what I was taking before it was too late and was able to do something about it. In a way I'm glad it happened though, as with you it has taught me a lot.

THIS! its the fact that you did your research! theyre trying to protect the people who think these supps are a toy. all they have to do is take EVERY side effect and post it on the label and i bet it would make the uneducated think twice about taking some.

I haven't looked at the bill yet - would it affect things like Dermacrine, AlphaBulk/4AD - DHEA derivatives. Would these be banned under this bill?

I feel that Dienolone doesnt fall too far from the Tren tree, personally.

Could pass as "Tren junior"..

Not quite the strength and not quite the fat burning but also not quite the sides either but hardness is equivalent to Tren from my experience.
Di ene olone

Tri ene olone

It doesn't fall far because its one -ene molecule different.

wtf!!

So what happened to anything that naturally occurred in food? Is that still even considered or are we talking about compounds that really don't comply?

The bill is about illegally sold designer steroids becoming scheduled drugs.

In a time where law is a matter of interpretation rather than logic or intention, this bill is necessary to make prohormones and designers a definite offense against the steroid act.

so if they are marketed as research chems will they be legal? it wont be possible in pill or cap form as that implies it is meant for human consumption. in liquid suspention or powder ph's probably could be sold for a while. there are plenty of research chems out there that are not meant for human consumption. analogs of every drug out there.

real killers

The dangers of acetaminophen, especially in combination with alcohol, have been reported in the medical literature since the 1960s, although they were not always disclosed on the Tylenol labeling and packaging. These dangers were reported in a September 2013 episode of This American Life entitled "Use Only as Directed"[15] and in two investigative articles in ProPublica[16][17]

This American Life reported that "acetaminophen, the active ingredient in Tylenol ... kills the most people [of any over-the-counter drug], according to data from the federal government. Over 150 Americans die each year". This assessment conflicts with assessments in the medical literature, which suggest that the most commonly used alternative to acetaminophen, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (including naproxen, ibuprofen, and aspirin) cause 3200 deaths and 32,000 hospitalizations each year due to gastric bleeding alone.[18] Other estimates place the number of NSAID-related deaths from gastric bleeding as high as 16,000 per year. [19] The apparent discrepancy may arise because the PBS assessment relied exclusively on reports from poison control centers. Such centers are unlikely to report gastric bleeding episodes as NSAID-related, as such episodes may be caused by factors other than NSAID use, and are associated more closely with chronic use rather than acute overdose.

ProPublica reported that the "FDA has long been aware of studies showing the risks of acetaminophen. So has the maker of Tylenol, McNeil Consumer Healthcare, a division of Johnson & Johnson" and "McNeil, the maker of Tylenol ... has repeatedly opposed safety warnings, dosage restrictions and other measures meant to safeguard users of the drug." This included warnings of liver damage and warnings about using acetaminophen in combination with alcohol. This is especially dangerous because of acetaminophen's narrow safety margin. ProPublica interviewed a man who had liver failure after using Tylenol in the recommended dose and drinking two or three glasses of wine, at a time when the Tylenol label didn't mention any dangers of drinking.

Acetaminophen, including Tylenol, causes three times as many cases of liver failure as all other drugs combined,[20] and is the most common cause of acute liver failure in the United States,[21][22] accounting for 39% of cases.

The ignorance is in thinking that a law will change consumption behavior. It just doesnt. Never has, never will.

There is a difference in meaningful regulation and prohibition. It seems that our Congress and 1/2 the population doesnt know this though.

By this logic then NO LAW is worth having since all laws will be broken occasionally.

Why make murder illegal? People are going to kill each other anyway so fuk it right? Law are deterrents, saying there arent 100% effective so whats the point is naive

No its not. It just changes how u go about doing it. Laws only serve to define a line, to say, after this point, there are specific consequences if caught. Thats it. I dont mind laws in this context. I just hate when others try to change everyone's behavior through these "deterrents" as u call them. Laws shouldnt serve to line pockets or impress tyranny or push an agenda. It should simply be something that defines what is right or wrong. Things that do no harm to others should not be included in a law book.

Deterrents huh? Explain the black markets. Explain the fact the murders still occur every day. Explain corruption, insider trading, frauds of the sort. People that live by laws of man simply keep to the shadows. Its the whole socialist approach that I should give up my freedoms to certain things for the "greatet good of society". That my freedoms are less important than that guy that misuses his steroids to a point that he goes into cardiac arrest. So we create "deterrents" that have proven time and time again to fail miserably and waste tax dollars.

And that would be true for ALL laws wouldnt it?

So is your position that ALL laws are pointless?

Its not going to be immediately better so why even try, this is your position here?

No not all laws. Just those that are needed. The ones that work. The ones associated with doing harm to others.

Let me explain my self - I'm a Libertarian. I'd appreciate that legislation would start being fact-based rather than left or right-winged ideologies because nothing is ideal therefore ideologies remain theories that never work. Both sides are oppressive especially with meaningless laws such as this one. Yeah, lets just add another 20 compounds to the black market & hurt an industry in the process...bunch of control freaks.

Considering a 2% chance this bill is gonna pass an email saying to stock up now is just to get you to purchase more product. Im not saying dont purchase products you want just that you dont need to stock up as this bill almost certainly wont pass.

I think the bill is going to pass. But not immediately. In a few months probably.

The site didn't even give much of a discount on them neither. So no rush.
