Hey NT..
AAEFX is setting the standard when it comes to purity and quality of their products.
I firmly believe you'll be happy with them in your arsenal.

To help with your research here is a link to a video on you tube. Its a tour of the facility

http://www.youtube.com/AllAmericanEFX#play/all/uploads-all/0/_CQ2Ismv8XI

There are also 3 other videos that you can view also. Only supplement company i know that has done this. I'd put the web site link up for AAEFX however i'd probably get my hands slapped again cause they are not a sponsor of this board. Im sure you can figure out the DOT COME.

Tex, don't even worry about the numbers, brother man. The numbers (to me, anyway) are a hurdle of the mind. Once you stop worrying about the numbers, you'll see your body transform. At least it did for me and it only took me about 10 years to figure it out. lol Great job, btw.

I watch the weights because I need to make sure I'm getting stronger...I'm not a pure bodybuilder and i doubt I ever will be...Now you could call me a power builder...what the heck use is it if you look like you can squat a house but can barely handle three plates on the bar....

Yesterday: Chest
B.P. 225x8 20 second rest 205 x 8 20 second rest 185 x 8 20 second rest 165 x 8 10 second rest 145 x 8 10 second rest 135 till failure.

Incline D.B.P. 70 x 8x4 (keep hands close together and angled like I would if i were blocking someone in football)

Standing Tri Press 90 x 8x2 80x 8 x 1

Tri Pushdowns 150 x 20 x 5 (entire stack of plates...gonna start doing skulls instead i guess)

Bench dips x 4 sets till failure

Declin angle pushups (feet above head) 3 sets to failure changing hand positions to again simulate pushing someone back in football

Today Back
Squats 315 x 8 x 3 365 x 6x2 315 till failure of good form.

Ronnie Rows (don't know official name) 3 plates and a 25 x 3 sets of 12

B.B. Curls 25's on each side x 3 sets of 10

D.B. curls 50's for 3 sets till failure

Close grip pulldowns (150 entire stack) x 3 sets till failure

As always I use neg's on everything but dead lift....

OMG, Tex. I am so sorry to hear that. I am glad you are ok (relatively) though. It could have been a lot worse for you than what actually turned out.

Be well (and saef), my friend.

first time i've done free squats in months...i forgot how much easier they are than box squats. i may try incorporating them back in on light days.

then i did a bunch of foolin around with calves trying to figure out some things...

then i ran out of time.
